The condo is divided into two sections: your bedrooms and bathrooms are on one side of the unit while your kitchen, dining, and living space is conveniently on the other. At the very end of the hall, the master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed with closet, dresser, TV, and ensuite bathroom. Spacious and modern, this room has beautiful natural light and enough space for a pack & play if needed. The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed with a TV, dresser, and closet. On the other side of the condo enjoy an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that can be partially-closed for privacy. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts an island and bar seating with ample cooking supplies and cutlery. There is a small dining room table that seats four. The living room features two convertible couches that can be used as twin-sized beds, a TV, and desk-space. Warm up after a day on the slopes or exploring the mountains in front of your wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided). Château Roaring Fork offers unparalleled amenities including a large heated pool, multiple hot tubs, sauna, newly-renovated fitness center, BBQ grills, and a ski locker. Steps away, on the opposite side of the complex, the beautiful Roaring Fork River flows past the building for you to enjoy. The local RFTA bus stops directly outside the condo building to take you all over the Roaring Fork Valley. This location is perfect as it offers you the peace and quiet of being on the East End of town, yet close enough to all the happenings of Aspen. PERMIT # 68836 PLEASE NOTE: - PET POLICY: We allow up to ONE well-behaved DOG in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. There is a $250 pet fee for every 7 nights at the home. Airbnb is only able to charge for the first 7-nights so, if you book for over 7 nights, we will send you the remaining pet fee through the resolution center after booking. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $1000 fine. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), dispose of pet waste, and please keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests! - This space has 1 dedicated parking spot - There is absolutely no smoking in this unit or within 25 feet of the building. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will lose your entire deposit. - Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking. - We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service. - You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
