Fijn hotel, zeker een aanrader!

Mooi hotel, met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De kamers zijn prima en schoon. Het metrostation zit 50 meter verderop, ideaal!

Traumhaftes Hotel

Das Hotelzimmer ist traumhaft. Sehr sauber, das Bett sehr komfortabel, modern eingerichtet. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage super. Direkt an einer zentralen Metrostation. Entspannung am Pool auch sehr toll!

Einzelne Angestellte waren freundlich. Von anderen Angestellten hätte ich mir bei diesem hochwertigen Hotel mehr Freundlichkeit gewünscht. Da es zentral liegt ist die Straße etwas zu hören. Aber die Fenster sind soweit gut abgedichtet.

Good central hotel in Barcelona

Chi is a nice quiet hotel in a fairly central location close to transportation (metro, busses and the Aerobus from the airport). The room is pretty spacious for two people and, in our case, was very quiet. I liked the roof terrace with the small pool and the lounge chairs. We had a small fridge in the room which was a nice touch and was not noisy at all. The bed was quite comfortable, despite the hard pillows.

We would have loved a small coffee machine in the room and maybe a kettle. The pillows were a bit hard, but not to the point of keeping us from sleeting. A second set of softer pillows would have been great.

Good location but nothing more

The location is good. Right next to the metro, also walking distance to Plaza España. There is a pleasant person at the reception. Quite a new and modern hotel.

Spanish style pillows, hard and long across the entire bed, I had a very hard time sleeping both nights. The worst shower I've ever encountered. The hot water temperature is limited to 38 degrees, not cold, but I like hotter showers. Also, switching the shower is very “gentle”. You have to be careful, otherwise it will pour from above when you don’t want it. Can be noisy, bar right downstairs. Expensive for such conditions.

the room was correct, but the rest very average compared to the price and the class of the hotel.

The room was OK.

The breakfast was average, not a lot of choice, the meats (especially the ham) were not really of great quality. Not enough of fruits.The room was correct but the bathroom without the shampoo (just the shower gel) was disappointing.

Very enjoyable stay

Very well located, close to metro and in city center. Great breakfast. Design of the hotel lobby and rooms very stylish. Room large and confortable. Nice bathroom.

Rooms facing Main Street a little noisy but that did not bother me much.

The hotel was centrally located with easy access to the main Metro line and key tourist locations. Staff were super helpful and the 24 hour reception was fantastic.

We liked this hotel very much! Great location, very nice and modern design, very nice stuff. Basically everything was above our expectations, especially for this price! 👍🏼 The street where is located this hotel has many different shops and a big shopping mall. You can walk by feet to main destinations like Casa Mila and Batllo, or Plaza de España. Also it is very convenient to get to the hotel from airport by Aerobus, it took us only ~15-20 min for 5,90€!

The only thing this hotel is definitely missing is a toilet brush!

Great located comfortable hotel

Great location, close to the first stop of Aerobus from the airport, close to the main attractions in Barcelona all at a good walking distance but well connected if one wants to use public transport. Clean hotel, friendly staff, good shower and comfy bed.

For the price we paid, the breakfast could have been included. Otherwise everything was perfect for us.

Lovely hotel in Barcelona

This is a great hotel; staff is amazing and the rooms are always clean! Great location - the hotel is close to the bus and metro station so it's easy to travel around Barcelona. We had a problem with safe and it was resolved quickly.

Very disappointing

Clean and stylish interior and well located next to the metro. Two reception staff were very nice.

We paid 180 euros a night as it was new year and found the hotel lacking basics which was very disappointing. It is as if they want to get away with the bare minimum. No kettle in room or available at reception. Had to pay for coffee pods and no milk. Couldn't supply extra pillows on second night. Had to move rooms because we were given an uncomfortable twin room despite booking double in advance which meant packing up everything by 11am and clearing out till 2pm. Single use plastic everywhere, no glasses or cups. Hurried to leave by reception on new year's day and then a queue to check out Check out too early
