Our stay in Aspen was so much more enjoyable at this 1 BR condo in the middle of it all. Well appointed kitchen, perfect size for a couple, and communicative, proactive host. Definitely recommend!

We had a great 4 day stay in Kathy’s property. It was very comfortable for my husband and I. And an easy walk to town! In addition, Kathy went out of her way to return an item I left! I so appreciated her help and hospitality! You can’t go wrong if you are look for a quant place, affordable and close to town.

I stayed at Kathy's condo for two weeks during Summer in Aspen. I was there for work so was mostly out but the apartment was a perfect location and a short walk to pretty much anything in Aspen. Kathy left very thorough instructions for check in and amenities so I had everything needed before I arrived. The apartment is the perfect size for two people. It is right next to the pool so it was fairly loud during the day. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Good walking distance to town. Pool and hot tub right outside the unit. If you want to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked. Plus several coffee makers and espresso options.

My wife and I recently stayed here for a ski vacation. The location is perfect - walking distance to all the restaurants in Aspen, close to Aspen Mountain for skiing, and close to catching a bus to any other ski mountain. The unit was clean, easy to access, and Kathy was very helpful in the process. Would highly recommend staying here!

This was our first time to Aspen, and we fell in love with absolutely everything about this trip, and this condo made it even more perfect. It was within walking distance of everything. The lifts, the ski shops, the shopping, the restaurants and all things Aspen had to offer. The condo had everything you could ask for including a large fridge, a gas stovetop with a ton of pots, pans, knives and spices. Everything you need to make a nice meal, which we did a few nights. The bed had a down comforter, and was so comfy and cozy. The couch was huge, with big blankets for another cozy experience. They had a lot of closet space for hanging all the coats, and storing skiis, etc. And the communication with Kathy was 10/10 from beginning to end. We can't say enough nice things about our experience. We can't wait to come back!

My husband and I had the most amazing stay at Kathy’s condo. The location was unbelievable, the condo was gorgeous and super clean. I would recommend this to anyone! Every time we came back to the condo we just kept saying how much we loved it there! I would absolutely stay here every year.

Nice well stocked condo in a very centralized location 2 blocks from Rubey Park bus station and from the Ajax gondola. Nice pool and hot tub. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

The host was easy to communicate with. The property is lovely and in a prime downtown location. The parking is very limited. We didn’t drive to Maroon Bells or have lunch at Woody Creek Tavern because we most certainly would have lost our parking space, since it was a very busy holiday weekend with the music festival - but, we had plenty of things to do within walking distance. We had a wonderful time!

The property is very nice with excellent kitchen, bedroom, living room and bath. Parking was not a problem for our car. The pool and hot tub are a real plus. Location is close to everything in Aspen and a block from the free bus terminal.

The condo was exactly what was represented on the site. Nicely appointed, well equipped and quiet. Great proximity to Ruby Park with a transportation system that will get you where you want to for in the area. Close to the heart of downtown. One note for this particular unit, arrive before 5 p.m. when the office is still open. A little help is needed to figure out the entry points that get you to your front door. Parking is convenient and readily available.

Kathy’s condo was the absolute perfect location for our week away in Aspen. We felt at home as soon as we arrived — and she was the perfect “host away from home”! Restaurants, shopping, and the mountains were all a short walk away. Access to Snowmass was a breeze. And our evenings were warm, cozy, and without disturbance! We simply couldn’t have asked for more!

Everything about this condo is top of the line:the furniture, the bed, the linens. Most importantly, the kitchen was supplied with everything one could want. We loved being in the heart of Aspen, being able to walk everywhere. And having the pool and hot tub so close was a definite plus. Wonderful two week stay. Thank you Kathy. We’ll be there again. ❤️
