Beautiful 3bd/3ba Villa~Walking distance to Baytowne Village, Free Activities This beautiful ground floor Turnberry Villa located in the Emerald Coast's Largest Golf & Beach Resort is spacious and very comfortable with almost 2,100 square feet of living space, painted and decorated in serene and relaxing colors. The kitchen offers everything you'll need if you feel like putting on a grand dinner for yourselves or to entertain friends and family. The Living room with the flat screen TV, overlooks the lake toward the pool. The master bedroom features a king with its own bathroom. The second bedroom has one king bed and two queen beds are in the third bedroom sleeping 8 in total. This vacation home features comfortable pillows, linens, towels and fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. (Both king beds have new mattresses) Off the backyard lake you may fish without a license for catch and release, just bring your own pole. There's plenty of privacy as well as peace and quiet in the Turnberry neighborhood. The Turnberry Villas include a community pool with gazebo, chairs, changing and rest rooms and it is just a short drive to the white sandy beaches. The Turnberry's are surrounded by fishing lakes, and is close to exciting Baytowne Village with its restaurants, live entertainment and activities and the exclusive area Marina. There is something for every one of all ages from family” movies on the green” to concerts and nightlife of dancing and family fun. You can play on the beach all day and then party at the near-by Bayside Village all night. This house also has access to the Phil Hummel SOA pool which is heated year round. A Great Trip to Sandestin!

We enjoyed a fantastic vacation at this property for the Memorial Day holiday. The unit was very clean, and the check in process was easy. It’s a short walk over to the many restaurants and activities of Baytowne, and the pool is conveniently located close by. We spent lots of time on the back covered patio area eating and relaxing while viewing the beautiful lake and golf course. The kids also enjoyed seeing the turtles constantly swimming by as well. It was a fun trip at a nice property in a well placed location. We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful time in our condo. We had lots of space for everyone, the condo was stocked with everything we needed. The floors were rather dirty, we all had black feet but other than that it was great

I really enjoyed my stay here. I needed a place that was dog friendly and with no steps. This condo was perfect! I loved the layout of the unit, the decorating and the view of the lake and the golf course was beautiful! The condo had everything needed during my stay and extras such as having an Amazon Echo. I also loved how it close it was to Baytown and had wonderful walking paths. I would love to come back and stay here again.

8554 Turnberry Property

This first floor condo was everything that was advertised. Spacious, clean and had all the amenities. We did have an unfortunate experience on our last day before we need to check out. The day before, Dave from Maintentance, came through the property with a water leak detection company. There was a water leak someplace. Anyway, the next day, a plumber from MQP was outside our front door digging up the sprinkler system. He said there was a leak in the system, no big deal. Our family was inside packing up, cleaning the kitchen, loading dishes and showering and all of a sudden.........there is no water in our condo. I go outside and the plumber has a gush of water all over the sidewalk. I asked if he turned off the water to work on the sprinkler and he said NO. Someone did so I called Maintenance and spoke to Dave again. He knew nothing about it and said he'd be right over. 40 min later he shows up after I found out the plumber broke the main water line coming into our condo. No chance of water to be turned on soon to finish the showers of all things. Bottles of water needed to be used and I didn't even get to shower before our 20 hour drive home. Not a good end to our trip and no resolution from Maintence/Have Travel Memories Vacations. Again, the property was very nice and we would pick the location again. This issue was bad timing by the company doing the work.

We were surprised when the condo was nicer than the pictures. Had just upgraded the furniture. And it was really laid out well and in a great location for walking to the tennis courts, marina and Baytown. Hope to stay here again aoon.

Our stay in this rental was great. The location was perfect, near Bay Town and the space was more than ample. Kitchen was well stocked, views along the golf course and lake were very nice. We rented bikes and enjoyed easy access to many areas within Sandestin. Rental furniture needs sorely updating! Our biggest complaint was not being able to rent or have a GOLF CART! That would make a fabulous addition. Otherwise, this rental was definitely a great choice!

Very clean and spacious. Walking distance to Baytowne Wharf, which has tons of restaurants. Very close to Grand Boulevard's Town Center as well. Renting a golf cart would be handy in this area. Kitchen is fully equipped & there is a charcoal grill, but it will not have cooking basics like salt & pepper, olive oil, coffee, etc. A Publix is close by to get essentials. Would stay here again.
