Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars already established for many years. The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Ausiàs Marc - Roger de Flor / Pg. De Sant Joan - Alí-Bei) and subways (Arc de Triomf / Marina). Only 15 minutes walking or by public transport, you will find the most famous beach in Barcelona, La Barceloneta. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment. This bright apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish. Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room and the small balcony that will allow you to relax after a long day of walking in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and the other two with 2 single beds; as well as 1 double sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with an integrated bathtub and shower. From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to the coffee maker, not forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment. The apartment was very run down. The air conditioner was broken and the host couldn't get it fixed until the next day (hopefully). With the air conditioner broken and all the broken and worn furniture, I couldn't stay there with my family. In person, the apartment does not look like the pictures. I had to find a hotel so we could enjoy our time in Barcelona.

The girls were very kind both at check in and check out. Giving all kind of information requested and more. I hope to come back soon!

The apartment is clean and functional. The master bedroom is closed off from the living room by a large rolling door. A little strange, but it works. This is a transit apartment. No ice (or ice trays), no salt, no sugar, no oil, basically no nothing in terms of basics for cooking. The one fry pan was badly scratched. There is a small store right next door where we were able to buy all those items. We probably wouldn't stay there again, but it is in a good location and was clean.

The location was terrific. The apartment was charming and the beds were very comfy. Lots of good places to eat within easy walking distance - good cafes, and a very good family restaurants, and its just maybe 15 min or less by walk to the beach.

Perfect accommodation! Very good central location, close to shops, restaurants and main streets. Always plenty of spaces in big parking garage nearby. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Asked for a baby cot and a highchair and got them both.

The apartment was so amazing! The building is completly new and the staff there is amazing. It was the first time we visited Barcelona and the nice girl from reception explained us the best places to visit and restaurants to eat. The cleaning was exceptional (as everything was recently bought) so we felt like we were using the apartment for the first time. We will definetly go back there if we travel to Barcelona again and we will reccommend it to everyone!

We were totally amazed with this apartment. It was like a high standart hotel but with the freedom and the warm ambience of a real home. We loved the rustic decoration. The views from the terrace were absolutely fantastic. Although we were eight, we didn't feel any moment the sensation of lack of space. To end, the location is perfect, just a few blocks away from Paseo de Gracia. You can go on foot to the Ramblas and there are good conexions with Metro, Airport, bus or taxi. The area is full of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Thank you!
