The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Ausiàs Marc - Roger de Flor / Pg. De Sant Joan - Alí-Bei) and subways (Arc de Triomf / Marina). Only 15 minutes walking or by public transport, you will find the most famous beach in Barcelona, La Barceloneta. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment. This bright apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish. Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room and the small balcony that will allow you to relax after a long day of walking in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and the other two with 2 single beds; as well as 1 double sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with an integrated bathtub and shower. From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to the coffee maker, not forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. I do not recommend this property. The number of guests can stay was misrepresented. For eight people is very very tight. It is actually posted on the door that the maximum capacity is for only 6 people. All the beds are very uncomfortable. I took a good picture of our very uncomfortable situation. The property owner does not cooperate with complains. At some point I was blocked from whatsapp during my stay at their property. They figured I get charged long distance by calling them from Canada phone. It was a total nightmare stay in the beautiful city of Barcelona

Leak in the first bathroom ceiling, mold around the bathroom shower. Air conditioning doesn't work in the other two tiny rooms. The pictures posted are nothing like when you're there, very deceiving. I have pictures and I will post them. No water in the pool that's advertised on VRBO. The last day the elevator was broken so we had to take our luggage down two flights of stairs. I do NOT recommend this property. As a matter of fact I would like a refund.

Pro: close proximity to public transportation, clean, property manager very responsive to issues with property Cons: check in is across town (40 minutes by public transport to property which I wish I would have known when booking), key did not work when we got to the property, furniture broken/collapsed and was not removed leaving exposed staples, several other small maintenance issues, property across from a bar so it is not quiet until about 2am and glass recycling comes for pick up around 3a every night and dumps all the glass which is quite loud, pool is on the roof (not private for the property) and was full of algae (not usable)- listing misleading on this, there is no parking on the property despite what the listing says Professionalism issues : property manager at check-in has sign saying masks are mandatory so we entered with masks, no employees were masked, one employee spoke to another employee and said she should ask us if she needed to wear one- she laughed and rolled her eyes (I think they assumed we did not speak Spanish but I do)

The property is in a good location. Cleanliness of the apartment itself was reasonable, but common areas where less than good in terms of cleanliness (including lift and stairs). We were also disappointed with the pool/terrace area. First, when we tried to use it, the seating areas were always full. The one time we did find an open sitting area, the reason it was open was because of the vomit that was there (there appeared to be a bachelor party group staying in one of the other units). I did complain and the property owner responded quickly about getting it cleaned. In any event, I feel like I paid more for a property with a pool/terrace but was never able to use it.

The attention received was unbeatable, the facilities were great, the location very good. We were 4, and we had a sofa bed with double mattress in the living room and 1 doble bed and 4 single beds in the bedrooms. It was great! The towels were very clean and we got toilet paper. The guy who came to give us the keys at night was very nice, he explained everything and was at our disposal if we needed it. The apartment was super cool, the heating was great, even some days we had heat. The kitchen utensils were more than enough to make the occasional dinner there. One of our best things about Barcelona was the accommodation, a great value for the price!

Fantastic apartment! Was exactly as described on the website: really comfortable, very clean and well appointed. The staff was very kind and helpful to us: they even let us remain at the apartment the last day until our flight was set. The location is terrific: right in the centre of Barcelona, near metro and also with good connections to the airport. Highly recommended!
