Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars already established for many years. The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Ausiàs Marc - Roger de Flor / Pg. De Sant Joan - Alí-Bei) and subways (Arc de Triomf / Marina). Only 15 minutes walking or by public transport, you will find the most famous beach in Barcelona, La Barceloneta. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment. This bright apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish. Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room and the small balcony that will allow you to relax after a long day of walking in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and the other two with 2 single beds; as well as 1 double sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with an integrated bathtub and shower. From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to the coffee maker, not forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment. This was a nice apartment at one point, but that time has passed. The walls and floors are very beaten up, with scraps and holes everywhere. The sinks in the bathrooms drained very poorly. The TV never worked. They sent someone to bring a new remote, as the apartment didn't have one when we checked in, but it didn't help. We were told someone would come the next day to fix it. We were there another week, and no one fixed the TV. The check in process was a big hassle. We had to take a cab to their remote location, and back again as it isn't near any metro stops. We were forced to sign a rental agreement stating we agreed to the condition of the apartment BEFORE we had been inside the apartment! It was not in good condition as we found out later. The kitchen had the bare essentials, but no more, no leftovers of any kind, no sugar, tea, coffee, cooking oil, not even salt or pepper. We started from scratch. The location was very good, near metro stops, and walking distance to many attractions and tons of restaurants. The front room was noisy for sleeping .

I stayed for 4 nights with my children (grown up). We were 3. The apartment is very comfortable, has everything you need to live at ease. The check in was impeccable, very attentive host who in addition to check me in, gave me a map of the city, and explained me quickly all the means of transport to visit all the attractions. I highly recommend Apartment Barcelona Rentals. When I return there I will be back!

Location is good and it's quiet , pool area is chilled and clean. Check-in was speedy the guys on the front checking desk are fantastic and nothing was a issue both very helpful and had the booking already to hand on arrival so we were in our apartment without any delays.

This company is fantastic... everything about them and their apartment. The location is ideal and the directions provided made the apartment very easy to find. Our key didn't work upon our arrival, and within 5 minutes Toni (super kind fellow) was there to help us out. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to large groups that want to stay together.
