The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Ausiàs Marc - Roger de Flor / Pg. De Sant Joan - Alí-Bei) and subways (Arc de Triomf / Marina). Only 15 minutes walking or by public transport, you will find the most famous beach in Barcelona, La Barceloneta. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment. This bright apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish. Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room and the small balcony that will allow you to relax after a long day of walking in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and the other two with 2 single beds; as well as 1 double sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with an integrated bathtub and shower. From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to the coffee maker, not forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment. Not a pleasant experience,apartment was a let down ,tired and badly serviced. I informed the office of this bu was only offered a clean,l refused this as l had done it myself. They would only communicate by text. We left the apartment early and flew home. I informed them of this .l have only had a form from them asking for a review.Once again no communication. They still have clos to £400 refundable deposit which l have requested 3 times via email.Still no communication!, Exceptionally frustrating and worrying. We are a couple in our 70’s and experienced travellers. Never dealt with such a disappointing company

This is a fantastic location in the city. I love this apartment. Super easy to get in and out with an app. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. My only criticisms are that the LR furniture was in rough shape and the twin beds (and their trundle beds underneath) in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were not very comfortable according to our adult son and his girlfriend who spent only one night there. But I’d definitely stay there again! It was very clean which is always my #1 priority. Thank you MySpace Barcelona.

This might be good for someone who is not particular about comfort, accessability or utility. The bed was very hard, not firm, hard. The dishwasher was missing the front cover of the appliance. The AC was only a portable machine in one room that did not cool the back bedrooms. Also, the hose to vent the AC unit needed to be put out the sliding doors which did not lock. There was some rust around tub drain and other plumbing had some exposure. The phone key system was not bad but despite having 3 guests, we had only one access key. We didn’t bother to get the others because of all the discomforts. We left after 2 nights to a beautiful place which was the same price with three times the space. We lost money but gained comfort and pleasure.

We were unable to enter our apartment the first night of our stay. No one responded to the emergency help number . We had to find a hotel at 1:30 am and pay $560 euro for that night. The app JustIn was inconsistent. I was never was able to enter the apartment using the app. Next morning one friend was able to download and use the app. There were insufficient towels - only 5 ( no hand towels, bath mat, or dish towels). There were 2 rolls for three people for 6 days. There were broken items-front panel of dishwasher was gone, ottoman collapsed when sat upon, a torn shower curtain. The pool was dilapidated and such a high chlorine content it was unusable. Location was excellent near restaurants, the metro and nord bus terminal. The apartment was clean. We would like to be compensated for our hotel that first night. I have receipts.

Great location in near Barcelona central area, apt is really one large bedroom with 2 more extremely small bedrooms. Each of the small bedrooms has a cot size bed, very small. Central access was not functioning and the owner had put two portable units in, which are not vented correctly and require the sliding windows to be open to work. Very loud and inefficient but functional. Overall ok, but would be much better with functional a/c, some paper towels, and quality toilet tissue. Some common kitchen items are not present, such as a bottle opener. Overall just average.

The view from the terrace was amazing ! The apartment was spacious , the sofa bed in the 3 bedroom apartment was actually a real bed tucked in an alcove within the living room Very nice touch for my 14 year old son, The twin room was convenient , twin beds separated by a drawer unit/dresser.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 days. It is located in a quiet and calm place, in the center of Barcelona. The apartment is very clean, warm, comfortable, spacious and there is all necessary for life. We found out a lot of places of interest, restaurants, and this made our trip much more interesting and easy. We recommend this apartment, we enjoyed our stay here so much.

The team at this company was great and very hospitable with our early arrive. While we were unable to get into the apt early, they stored our luggage, offered us water and a great place to go for lunch. We had 8 in the apt with 3 bathrooms which was perfect. The location is very central and the acoustics made it easy to sleep. The roof top pool was a great place to hang out for our college age kids. I would stay in the same place again.
