Stay in the heart of downtown but with the quiet and privacy you prefer on vacation! This apartment boasts a spacious living room, formal dining room, full kitchen, and three bedrooms. Enter into the light-filled apartment and immediately notice the tall ceilings and charming decor. Now-decorative fireplaces anchor each space and are complimented with modern conveniences like wall-mounted flat screen TVs. The living room sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper. Adjacent to the living room is a formal dining area, its table comfortably seating six. Just beyond, the well-equipped kitchen with two more bar stools at the island. Expect every essential you'd need to whip up a meal, including stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The primary bedroom offers a generous walk-in closet that connects the to an en suite bath with large standing shower. On the South end of the apartment facing Wright Square, the other two bedrooms mirror each-other. Both boast with light filled rooms, and come equipped with flat screen TVs and ample storage space. These two bedrooms share a full bath down the hall with a clawfoot tub / shower combination. Wright Square is considered by many to be an epicenter of downtown, as it is situated on Bull Street near Broughton. Most of Savannah's top shops, restaurants, and bars are but a few steps away from your front door. The Percival Too is in an ideal location! Our vacation rental was perfectly located. It was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and parks. It was very clean and the staff were so kind and helpful from the time I booked to the time we checked out. We will definitely be using Lucky Savannah the next time we need a rental while in Savannah and if available would love to stay at The Percival Too if available.

Unit was just as described. We enjoyed the extra room the unit has. Location is the best and if you have a car, You’ll soon learn how valuable the included parking spot is. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again. We arrived after dark so had a little difficulty finding it but when I called, Candace got us there quickly and with ease!

The location was fantastic! There were some cleaning issues but they didn’t detract from the overall stay. There is street noise but we expected that. The management staff was very prompt in addressing any issues we had. The sofa bed needs to be replaced, it is very worn. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here or at any Lucky property again.

Wonderful location to walk all over historic district. Only downside is the noise at night on the street and back alley which is loud but totally worth it for amazing location! Lots of space for grandparents, parents and kids to spread out. Nice kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Loved our stay!

Location is great, you can walk to just about anywhere in historic district. House is nice with 3 bedrooms with nice beds. Furniture is dated but ok. Master bedroom is adjacent to an alley. From 5am on there is traffic backing up in that alley. Got no sleep for 4 days. Church bells start at 8am. There was no elevator access for second floor apartment. Parking spots are in alley behind building and we're often blocked and even occupied once by construction equipment. Gave 3 stars for location but can not recommend the property.

The 2nd Story apartment was in a great location--centrally located for our group. We were able to park the car (in a dedicated space) and walk wherever we needed to go. The apartment was clean, plainly decorated and spacious.Unfortunately, the TV and internet quality remained dismal during our stay. We only had functionality in one TV, so it made late night TV watching and streaming difficult. This would be the only con. However, after a long day in Savannah and at the Riverfront, we made it comfortable.

I read other reviews about the church bells being loud early in the morning, believe it!! They go off every 15 minutes starting about 8 or 9am playing songs and ringing. There’s also early morning trash trucks banging trash cans. Keep this in mind if you’re not a morning person.
The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was updated and very nice, however, the rest of the apartment seemed outdated. The floors creaked when we walked around. The stand alone bathtub looked rigged up, but worked ok. The pictures listed looks like they were taken many years ago. My favorite thing was the comfortable beds and pillows!
The location was great! We walked everywhere. There’s a CVS very close by that was nice to have. The one parking space was a tight squeeze but there’s parking decks around if needed.
Overall our stay was nice! I had zero problems checking in or out.

We had a party of 6 and we had plenty of room. The apartment was very clean and located just a street or two from Broughton. 7 min walk to Riverstreet. Several restaurant, Icecream, brunch places very close by and a CVS pharmacy came in handy due to a prescription needing to be filled. The church bells do start ringing about 8am but that didn’t bother us. You will need to be able for climb 26 steps to get to your 2nd floor room but we read all the fine print and knew that ahead of time... the pictures show the stairs as well. We chose Old Savannah Trolly Tours to take us around Savannah and they have a drop off #15 very close to the apartment. We plan to stay here again.

We rented this home for a weekend wedding event and enjoyed it. It is close to everything. We used the parking garage 1/2 block down the street and we didn't have to get our vehicle out until we left. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Home worked out great for 3 couples and 2 singles. The living room doors close so we were able to use it as an "extra" bedroom as well. Had a little issue with the air conditioning but the nice folks at Lucky took care of that for us. Beautiful home but hope you like stairs and church bells! We will definitely return if we need a place to stay in Savannah!

The apartment is in a great location and was walkable to much of the city highlights. The apartment itself was comfortable and a perfect size for the 3 of us. There is a church kitty corner on the square and the bells tolled frequently. The private parking spot was definitely a bonus. It was a little charming and they were quiet at night. We would use this place again. When we arrived, there were a couple of issues. The management company was very responsive and took care of the issues promptly.

We had a bit of a difficulty with housekeeping when we checked in, but it was quickly resolved and we were pleased in the end. When I had a problem, there was always quick responses from management and things were fixed quickly. Photos must be quite old or from the other apartment in the building, as this furniture was not what was in the apartment, but overall it was nice. Excellent location if you want to be right downtown, just be aware it can get quite noisy with street sweeping and weekend party crowd.

We visited Savannah for the first time as part of our daughters college graduation trip in May of 2021. The location was fantastic, right across from one of the gorgeous Savannah parks. Also close enough to walk everywhere. We loved having the included parking spot for our car, but we parked it at the beginning of our stay and never used the car again. The apartment was so close to shopping, amazing restaurants, and lots of things to see and do. It was very clean, with all fresh white bedding and towels. They also provided plenty of everything we needed, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, etc! The only negative was the noise. We read a lot about the church Bell’s, I personally LOVED them! They were loud, but they didn’t bother us at all. I guess if you slept past 8 am it could be a problem. The big problem was the dumpster emptying at 3 or 4 am every morning. It was a big dumpster right below the master bedroom window. Not only did they empty it, so there was a lot of loud banging, but the trash truck backed up so there was a bunch of beeping. It sounded like it was in the bedroom and woke us up every single day! Honestly even with the noise, I would stay here again! **Note, you do have to climb a very tall set of stairs to get to and from the apartment, so keep that in mind!

We were super excited to stay at this property because of our previous stay in another one of Lucky's properties. This one fell VERY short. The apartment itself is nice and clean. The beds are super comfy. There are no pictures on the walls or decorative items. The main problem we had was that our first night there, there was construction going on right outside the building until 3:30 AM. I know this is supposed to be illegal, but it happened. We could hear the workers talking, digging, and mixing. There was also a loud truck that kept backing up and pulling forward. At the same time, a man continuously screamed the F-bomb right in front of our windows and kept pacing and slamming his hand on cars. F-this, f-that, and f-you. This went on for about twenty minutes and scared my nine year old greatly. She was afraid to go outside the next day. I almost called the police. The next night, there were people in the alley (next to where my mom's bedroom windows were located)screaming and throwing beer bottles until about 4:00 AM. When I went out the next morning, there was shattered glass all over the alleyway, super close to my car. I contacted the company, but never heard a response as to why there was such construction noise right outside of our apartment. We will never stay there again. We were disappointed, as this was my mom's first time back in Savannah in about 40 years. During the day, the place felt very safe, but at night it was kind of scary.

Nice location
This was a lovely house. It was in a great location. The only negative point is that the church bells start ringing at 8:00 am & then ring every fifteen minutes - plays music - is very loud, so if you're an early riser this is the place for you, but if you plan on sleeping in after a night on the town - you want to bring noise cancelling ear buds.

The best location for everything!
I have stayed in Savannah many times and would have to say this is one of the best locations! Was close to everything, River Street, shopping on Broughton, City Market, and so much more. The house was very big and easily accommodated our group of 6. Bonus that it had a parking spot, which can be tricky in Savannah!

Overall, very good. The apartment was well furnished, clean inside and in a perfect location for walking to multiple sites. But, there was a shortfall that took a little luster off of our stay. Because the apartment's entrance is at the top of a long set of stairs and the parking is around the back of the building, the natural tendency for loading and unloading luggage, groceries, etc. is to use the elevator next to the parking space in back. The trouble is that the elevator was disgusting. It was full of dirt and cigarette butts. It would be wise if Lucky Savannah ensured that maid staff cleaned the elevator and while they're at it, the back stairway...broken glass windows, broken furniture, trash etc. It took us a few minutes to figure out how to effectively use the elevator without locking ourelves out. Perhaps they don't necessarily want guests to use it, but it's available and useful for loading and unloading. One other complaint is the Master Bath Shower. It appears to be missing one of the 2 sliding glass doors thus allowing water to splash all over the bathroom floor. That should be fixed. Despite these items, I'd still recommend the unit.
