Morgan Estates welcomes you to our elegant cottage home located approximately 10-minute drive to the historic downtown Savannah and approximately 20-minute drive to Tybee Island. Our home includes many amenities and it is close to shopping and restaurants such as Target, Crossroads Shopping Center, Whole Foods, IHOP, Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, Papa Johns, Arby's, Chiriya's Thai just to name a few. Great getaway for families, couples and large groups. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 8 persons comfortably. Take a trip to downtown and visit the Savannah Historic District, Forsyth Park and various walking tours. Our home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach towels, and a cooler which you can take to Tybee Island and soak up some sun or relax on the beaches. The following amenities are included: - Parking in front driveway (2 cars) or rear driveway (3 cars). - Washer and dryer including detergent. - Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys for the kids. - Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. - Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap, facial soap, and makeup remover wipes. - Bathroom, hand, facial and beach towels provided. - Spacious fenced backyard with patio for lounging or having dinner. - Board/card games. - Free wifi. - Sling TV including Amazon Prime, HBO, Starz, and Showtime.

This home was stunning, very well stocked with everything we could need and so clean and pretty. I wish I lived there! The neighbors were kind and friendly, the beds were so comfortable and the location was phenomenal. With that being said, the communication from the owner/property manager was not very welcoming. It was a very curt "Here are the rules and these are the quiet hours. If you break any rules we will know because we have cameras at the house. The authorities will be called to remove you and you will not be reimbursed." We are up in age and not really partiers, but we did come here to have a kid-free weekend to unwind, play card games, drink a little and relax in the hot tub. The communication from the owner/manager made us feel like if we even laughed too loud, the police would come to kick us off the property, which definitely put a damper on our stay. Also, the property is advertised with a hot tub but there is not a hot tub outside. There is a nice jacuzzi tub inside that was wonderful for a solo soak, but we could not get the jets to work. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

My husband and I plus our two kids (21 and 14) just got home from our 6 night stay and everything was perfect. The house was clean, decorated well, plenty of room for our family, and a great distance from downtown Savannah. After long days seeing the sights we looked forward to coming to the house to relax. We would definitely recommend this home. Communication was great too! Couldn’t ask for a better trip!

This “home” for the 5 days my friends and I were there were fantastic. The house is immaculate, decorated beautifully, very roomy, just plain comfortable and beyond clean! There are ceiling fans in every room, including the front porch and back deck. There’s also a comfy and cozy gazebo area in back yard. The house is in a perfect location, 15 min to downtown, 25 min to beach. You will not be disappointed. ENJOY!

We had a lovely time at the house! It was very comfortable, clean, accommodating and inviting. I also appreciated Jimmy's proactively, responsiveness and receptivity to my questions. Having a nice owner always makes a rental stay that much better! We loved the location as it was ideally located to get to Tybee beach, downtown Savannah, restaurants and general stores (ex: CVS, Whole foods, Starbucks, etc.)

The house was very nice and clean. We are 4 educators who recently retired. We decided to take a trip to Savannah to celebrate. This house was perfect for us. Within a short drive to Savannah. We decided to drive most days but it is a very quick Uber ride. The house is also very close to any store you need. Would also be a nice house for a family with the bedroom set up.

This cottage was beautiful..was in a quiet neiborhood but close to everything we were interested in. The home had alot of extras that you dont normally find in rentals. A pantry with extra cooking staples was nice. Plus extra beach chairs and towels!! Jimmy was always available for any questions we had. Will stay again!

The house is very nice and roomy. Great that the master bedroom was separated from the other bedrooms as we had young children with us. We were here to visit family and sight see so we found the location perfect, easy access to Downtown and Tybee Island. One small issue, I would recommend replacing the fry pans. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again for our family gathering.

We loved our time at this property. Everything was clean and it was a very relaxing place to be. Our time there definitely wasn’t long enough and I would love to live in a place like this. The master suite is not right next to the other bedrooms so it gives more privacy if you have other guests and also has it’s own bathroom. My husband and I brought my mom there to spend time in Savannah and Tybee Island and this property is a good location for both areas. It is near lots of stores and restaurants. The owner was great to work with and I would definitely stay there again! Check in and check out were easy and the house was a breeze to find. Highly recommend this house!

The home is beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, and has nice furnishings. Plenty of room for 6 adults to move around. The kitchen is well stocked. Easy access to the highway to get downtown. Jimmy, the owner, was very quick to respond to inquiries and takes care of his home.

Difficulty communicating about the cleaning fee with property mgmt. They keep referring to a security deposit, which is referred to in general terms in their rental agreement, but didn't show up at all in the breakdown of what we paid. They insisted the cleaning fee was non-refundable. We left the place spotless, which we documented with photos. Will not stay there again; will not recommend.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very spacious, well-appointed, and included all the amenities we could have wished for. One small issue - the beds in the two large bedrooms have mattresses are too soft and it would help if something could be done about them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would love to stay here again if we are in the area.

We rented this house for a girls weekend and it was perfect for 4 of us. The house was clean and exactly as described. It was a short 10 minute drive to downtown Savannah. Check in was a breeze and communication with the owner was easy. I would definitely rent it again.

Came to Savannah with husband and 2 kids to visit my sister and mom for the holidays. Very clean, spacious home, conveniently located near Skidaway and Victory. Jimmy made check in a breeze, and responded quickly when I had a question about the high tech thermostat. We had a great stay, would recommend!

It was very nice place and very clean. The only complaint we had was there was no 9 by 13 pan to make a casserole. We end up buying one and leaving it at the property. But it was wonderful to sit outside in the gazebo and have our cocktails. The host was very tentative to our every need. He got the microwave fixed within a couple of hours.

Morgan Estates is perfect: location is ideal, space is clean and spacious and safe for an infant just learning to walk. Jimmy was helpful and responsive to our needs. This place was beautiful. They went above and beyond with this place. We loved having a fenced in yard for my son and being so close to the beach and Savannah was a big bonus.

Nice house with up-to-date amenities. The neighborhood has a school a couple of blocks away, but overall it was quiet and relaxing. Close enough to drive to downtown Savanah every day.
