The house is at a great location with very convenient parking. It's a short walk to the downtown and everything is a stone's throw away. The general amenities of the house is fantastic and the hosts were very thoughtful. The only small thing I'd nitpick is that due to the house's age, some floorboards were a little loose, and the porch as well as the attic are not very clean as well. We barely used the backyard because of this.

We had 8 women stay here to celebrate a 59th birthday. The location was good and not too far walk to restaurants, shops and bars. There were enough beds for everyone and ample bathroom space as well. Very quiet neighborhood. We had a great time!

We had family in from overseas and wanted them to see Savannah. We had a great stay here, lovely neighborhood to walk around in and a dog park and playground just across the street!

Great place to connect with my sisters and explore Savannah for the first time.

It was easy to access the property. We had 3 vehicles, and parking was not an issue. The house is very nice and there's plenty of space.

This was a welcoming home in a nice location for larger families. We brought our dog and found a great dog park across the street. it was a little further from the riverfront action which was nice and quiet yet still easy to access all we wanted to see and do.

The property was terrific, it was very large and accommodated four adults and a couple of pets easily. The location was perfect, we spent most of our time in the historic district which was well within walking distance of the property.

I think my title sums it up, but will add the host was courteous and communication was very timely. Would stay here again!

While the house was in the historic district and certainly has some beautiful original features, the property had all the modern features we needed for an enjoyable trip. The host responded quickly to questions we had prior to our trip. The off street parking was appreciated given the limited on street parking. The location of the property was great. We were able to walk to many attractions and restaurants. Would definitely recommend the property to others visiting Savannah.

Our stay was wonderful. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Nice quiet area. Kitchen amenities were amazing as I was able to cook brunch on Sunday. Instructions were clear for entry. Great location for walking to Forsythe Park, City Market. Very clean. Easy to get around.

Very clean, very convenient. Best bed ever on third floor! Shared bathroom on second floor has a clawfoot tub on blocks with a shower that is difficult to navigate. We chose this property because of parking in back and outdoor deck. Supper on the deck was delightful but the outdoor area could use some TLC to make it truly exceptional.

The property was great for our group with enough bed space to fit everyone! The location was quiet and the rooms in the house were well insulated too. You could have a group hanging out in the living room without too much noise filtering upstairs, the location is about a 20 minute walk from River St which made it easy to walk to - yet far enough that we didn’t feel guilty when we wanted to take an Uber! Only suggestion is to be careful on the stairs on the way up to the loft. Make sure to hold the railing at all times!

We loved the location of this rental... within a few minutes we were walking the historic squares of Savannah. A grocery store and brunch spot are less than 10 minutes away, and the parking space in the back and out front were huge bonuses.

We stayed with my two children and three adults and had plenty of space for all. Great location for walking around in Savannah - not too close to town, but certainly great places nearby.

Very nice four bedroom home in historic Savannah with room for plenty of people. Worked great as a base for our family of five for a week exploring Savannah. Off street parking is nice in Savannah, many places are on street only.
Great communication from Chris.
No issues at all, highly recommend.
Thanks!

Great house in a great location. Super comfortable!

The property was very clean. Plenty of room for our group of four to spread out. I thought it might be a little closer to to the main squares but it all worked out. Parking in back was nice. Lost internet for a couple of days but found out the device that powered the internet got unplugged. The owner was good to get back with us quickly. We enjoyed our girls trip to Savannah very much!

We wanted to spend Thanksgiving in Savannah and wanted to experience part of the historic section. This property lived up to our expectations. It’s situated with many historic townhomes, each with its own personality. The brick sidewalks add to the charm of the area. A great park for walking is located nearby as well as several of the beautiful Savannah squares.
The house was clean and has one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve stayed in. There’s a small deck with table and chairs right off the kitchen which we enjoyed a couple of evenings. The host was great about communicating quickly and accurately with us.
I’d certainly recommend this townhome if you want to experience some of Savannah’s history and be close to River Street and great restaurants.

Pros:
1. Good location (10 minute walk to the Cathedral Basilica of St. John and 25 minute walk to the City Market).
2. Owner responds promptly to questions.
Cons:
1. House locks and lock boxes need to be replaced/repaired.
2. Some areas of the home need deep cleaning (patios, kitchen freezer and HVAC vents).

House is charming in a convenient neighborhood to everything. Beds were comfortable kitchen is extremely well equipped and air-conditioning works really well for a house built in the late 1800s. The only downside for our group was that the living room furniture was not very comfortable and if we had one more person there would’ve been nowhere for them to sit. Other than that I highly recommend this home and would stay there again.

We loved our stay at this property! They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us so we could decorate the place for our Girls Weekend trip before the rest of our family arrived which made it more fun. The location was perfect and had ample parking for the 3 cars that we had for our group. The neighborhood was quiet and felt like it fit our trip perfectly. The only thing I wish I would have noticed in other reviews was that there was no bedroom on the first floor. That should seem obvious, but we had someone with mobility issues that we just had to make sure was careful going up and down the stairs. We would definitely stay here again if we did another trip with the family!

This is definitely one of my favorite VRBO homes I’ve had the privilege to stay in. Chris was very quick at responding to all of our questions and was proactive to make certain we were always completely satisfied.
The home is a delightful historical home in downtown Savannah. It’s on a quiet street just off Broad Street. The neighbors were very friendly, offering a smile and a cheerful hello as we would walk past. There are some parks, coffeehouses and restaurants within walking distance and other downtown destinations can be reached either by walking or a short drive for those less inclined to hoof it.
The home is very nicely decorated. We found the beds to be quite comfortable and the air conditioning to be robust. (Important to those of us not accustomed to the warm humidity Savannah is known for). The kitchen is nicely appointed - it has everything you would need for meal preparation if you decide to forgo the cuisine offered by the local restaurants. But, why would you do that?
There are three bedrooms and two baths on the second floor, two of the bedrooms connected by French doors (with curtains for privacy). The third floor stairs lead to a large open room with three beds, a dorm like setting. The bed linens were high quality and the bath towels were luxuriously soft. Lastly, having a washer and dryer was extremely convenient.
I would not hesitate to stay at Jessica and Chris’ place again - we thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this location to others.
