We loved our stay! The house was pretty, clean, and in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and had lots of free parking, and was a short walk to Forsyth park and many other areas of interest in Savannah. The house was very comfortable and had many spaces to talk with friends. Would highly recommend!

Just like it says it is a tight space but it’s a very cool property. It wasn’t as clean as other VRBOs we have stayed at but we were happy with it regardless.

This house was touted as a 3br 2ba that would sleep 8. This IS a true statement but not a realistic one. The 2 bathrooms are actually in the bedrooms making them unusable for the people in the 3rd bedroom, which is literally in the kitchen, or on the pull out couch. The bathrooms themselves are so tiny that they are virtually unusable and the shower curtains were nasty with soap scum! The floors in the house are VERY uneven making it like a “fun house” to walk around. I will say, the house is in a convenient location and has good outdoor areas to hang out when the weather is nice. The pictorial representation of the house is deceiving because they have used a wide view lens to take the picture making the rooms seem much bigger than they are.

Loved the location and cute older home. Bathrooms were very small
Not open concept, so hard to gather all together

My husband, sister and I stayed at this property for a week and we had a great time. The location was very close to Forsyth Park and within walking distance to almost any place we wanted to go. The River Front is within walking distance if you’re used to walking.
What can I say about this house… we enjoyed this house very much but it’s not for everyone. The kitchen is located on the 2nd floor along with 2 bedrooms and a bath. The master bedroom is good size. There’s a deck suitable for dining on the 2nd floor. Unique in that you go through the master to get to the deck.
The downstairs consists of a bedroom, bath, a living room and a small sitting room. We didn’t use the sitting room except to go through it to the other rooms.
Both bathrooms had a claw foot tub which we enjoyed very much. Both bathrooms are extremely small. I joked we might have to back in to use them lol. There’s also a lovely little courtyard off the living room with a privacy fence.
Seriously though this rental isn’t for everyone but it we liked it. It’s an old house with old architecture, wooden floors and again very unique. Everything worked appropriately and the kitchen was supplied well enough for our week.
If you want fancy new appliances and furniture, this house isn’t for you. It’s well worn and loved. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again.

The best place abt this unit is the location. Just a few blocks away from a beautiful park to walk around and just 20 min tops walking distance from the river.
Imy friends and I found it OK cleanliness wise. It could do with a coat of paint all around, more detail cleaning for blinds, window cells, door frames and the most important bathroom walls and tubs. Bathrooms are tight. I mean.. Tight!!! They have a beautiful claw tub, but it's difficult to get to the toilet and the sink and hard to get dressed in it too. Vanity upstairs is all beat up and wainscoating could do w some scrubbing.
Although kitchen is small, it's enough for a good breakfast and great for a charcutería evening. We were six so it was a bit tight to sit around, but we made it work.
Lounge areas are great.. Wished the fire place was working, but totally understand. Quiet neighborhood and parking just in front of the house only for the street houses, so we never had an issue parking. Loved loved loved how close it was to everything witjout being in it. Will definetely recommend to stay here.

Kitchen well supplied. Kitchen and sitting areas could not accommodate everyone at once. Living room could only seat 4 people. No area to gather and talk. Watched 2 drug deals that transpired next door. Awaken one night by a screaming lady pounding on the neighbors door, we had to call the police. Towels paper thin, sheet very uncomfortable. Two bedrooms upstairs very hot. Not the experience we wanted.

The property is located at the end of Forsyth park . A bit far from the downtown hub, but a nice quiet neighborhood with groceries 1/2 mile away. The house was well stocked and adorable. Parking was street parking but very easy and available. And free! It is a small historic house. Bathrooms are tiny! Stairs are steep. We had no problems but it is noteworthy. Although it sleeps 6-8. 6-8 people can not sit down together and talk or play cards. We were 4 and fit perfectly around the kitchen table and out door table. Again, just a note, I would stay at this lovely house again!

My husband and I were attending a wedding at the Fountain and selected the Huntingdon House because It is located within a short 5 min walk to the park and it is dog friendly. We had our mini-goldendoodle with us and the fenced in courtyard was an added plus. The house itself had more than enough room for the two of us and the dog. Originally my son and daughter-in-law were also going to stay with us but Covid kept them home. However, they could have also easily fit. The house was very clean and comfortable. We got quite a bit of exercise going up and down the steps because the kitchen is located on the second floor while the living room is on the first. While we were there the weather was unseasonably cold but the house was nice and warm and not drafty at all like many older homes often are. The only negative is that the bathroom sinks are very small and the tubs are hard to get in an out of. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great cozy stay for 4 women. We get safe in the area. It’s about a mile walk to the very popular river area. The claw foot tub showers are tricky if you are older or less coordinated however, and remember to bring shampoo! We loved eating breakfast on the deck and overall loved our stay.

Cute vintage home perfect for a few couples to enjoy a weekend getaway. We enjoyed the location to Forsyth Park and being within walking distance to downtown. The home has many smaller seating areas for a few people to enjoy at one time. The courtyard is good for smaller dogs and the park is just a couple blocks away. The home was clean and property management company responsive and professional. Overall an adorable home in a quiet area that is great for a few couples and dogs.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Savannah is so beautiful in the fall - and the location near Forsyth did not disappoint. Short walk to groceries, and a wonderful cuban restaurant.
Would definitely stay again!

Great location
Not ideal for elderly people, since stairs are steep and so are the bar tubs

The house had no air conditioning upstairs. The water cut off and took almost an hour to turn back on. Bad sewer smell in downstairs bathroom.
Furniture was not comfortable and did not accommodate 6 adults. House did Not meet ADA standards as bathrooms were very tight and had to walk in sideways. Do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Six of us enjoyed celebrated in this charming two-story that is just a few blocks from Forsyth Park. Ideal location for walking, and removed enough from tourist commotion. Three bedrooms were comfortable, and while tight, the kitchen had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the deck and courtyard area was also great for socializing.

The house is in a terrific location just a few blocks from Forsyth Park, just far enough that parking is free and readily available. Other pros:- lovely outdoor spaces, including the brick sideyard and the 2nd floor deck area.- very quiet neighborhood- the management co is very on the ball, check-in/out was automated and simple.- walking distance to basically everything in the historic district. Even the riverfront was only 20 minutes on foot, and walking through the parks and squares is the whole reason to be down there! Some things to be aware of:- the gathering spaces in the house are SMALL. We were a family of 3, so it was workable, but the only place for 4-5 people to eat together would be outside on the deck. You could load the dishwasher while seats at the table in the kitchen (and we did!).- same deal with the bathrooms. Think, no vanity space at all. It's not the end of the world, but for the adults who are more accustomed to their own big space in the bathroom, it was a little hampering.
