We enjoyed the apartment and location. Easy walking to lots of Savannah attractions. The place was quiet.
We could have used regular hangers in the closet. Three wire hangers, and one cast off from a clothing store was a bit cheap. We had brought coffee from the NW with us, but had no regular coffee pot. (Keurig in unit).
Parking was easy to find street side, and with our holiday/weekend stay, mostly free.

The VRBO was ascetically pleasing, layout was wonderful, master shower was wonderful, but there appeared to be a fowl odor in the master bedroom that smelled of sewage. The odor remained our entire stay. It made it difficult to sleep.
Besides this it’s a wonderful place w great location.

We had a great time staying at this adorable place! It was a great location to Uber to all of our planned events. Would stay again!

It was a great place to stay. Walking to the historical district was easy. It was difficult for lifts to figure out how to get to us. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this place.

The row house was in a charming and historic neighborhood. Very walkable to restaurants and sight seeing.

Loved that it was right around the corner from Forsythe Park. It was very easy to walk straight down Bull St., through the pretty garden squares to get downtown. Walk was about 15 minutes. Street parking was abundant when we arrived and signs are clearly marked for street cleaning.

My family and I found this to be the perfect place for our week in Savannah. The home had all amenities and a well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to a lot of our activities. Great stay!

My family of 4 adults fit comfortably in this 2 BR 2 Bath apartment in downtown Savannah--residential district near the parks. The second bedroom is small with room for only a double bed. We had one person sleep on the pull-out couch in the living room.
Pros: Excellent, beautiful location 10/10. The apartment is nicely decorated and has lots of space.
Cons: The shower was difficult to manage with large amounts of water leaking outside of the shower onto the bathroom floor. The bathrooms were cheaply renovated.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo in Savannah.

The condo was beautifully decorated in keeping with Savannah's ambience. The location was ideal; we walked to most of the sites and restaurants - we barely moved our car during our entire stay. The hot water heater went out on us, and the host sent over a repairman as soon as possible. We spent hours on the quaint balcony, greeting the friendly passers-by. Delightful 10 days.

This property work well for us. We had plenty of room and bathrooms. It was in a perfect location for us. Cons: not enough wash clothes and the upstairs tenants were quiet loud. You could hear them walking around at midnight(loud enough to wake you up)and whoever has access to the pool in the backyard likes to get up early 6:30-7 and play music while splashing around in the pool.

This is a beautiful property that is adequately furnished, nicely decorated and is perfectly located very close to Monterey Square and Forsyth Park. Loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the great Savannah scenery.
Nichole, our manager, was very responsive in addressing a minor issue and being available to answer questions.
You can’t go wrong with the unit we were in.

Everything was great with the exception that the refrigerator had a really bad fish odor that was somewhat overpowering and tgeee was a huge hairball left in the shower. However the location and the ambience made up for the shortcomings. I wish they would have had some cleaners so I could have done a quick once over when I got there.

In Savannah for the NOGS Hidden Garden Tour 2023, I chose this location for its central setting within the gardens on the tour. Literally two of the homes were a block over. Perfect location for this event.
The home is historic and not in prestige condition. In my opinion, this IS the a huge part of the character of historic homes. The apartment was stocked with everything my party of 4 needed. Everything. Mitch utensils, towels, HBA items, washing detergent and dishwashing detergent. I read the complaints in other posts prior to booking but took a chance and so glad I did. I have mold allergies and was perfectly fine in the apartment. In my opinion, there is no major mold (if any mold) problem. The rooms were clean and nice and so beautiful and the space gave us plenty of room. Parking was easy and we were able to
Score a parking spot right out the door for all nights stayed (3).
We all LOVED the apartment and knowing there’s a companion apartment for rent above the bottom floor seals the deal with me as I have a large family and we do at least an annual Savannah trip.
If you’re on the fence give this place a try. The owner was very responsive but nothing was needed. She stocked the place with just enough of everything. She even allowed us to check in early and was very kind throughout the booking and stay. If she lived close, none of us saw her and she gave us total privacy.
Note: there is an owners closet you shouldn’t open and Nicole has clearly posted this on its door. The lock looked to be unlocked and we didn’t open out of respect to her and her wishes for her home. Also, there is no access to the back yard (which I bet is lovely) but that didn’t matter at all! You’re right between two of the most beautiful squares and have a private side porch and a lovely front patio that fits three comfortably. I mean you’re in Savannah, get out at the parks- Forsyth is just a couple blocks over and so convenient to fabulous dining and rest.
We felt totally blessed to have found this artsy, convenient, safe, comfy apartment that served as our haven throughout the visit.

It was in a great location with many restaurants and must see areas all within walking distance. Having a washer and dryer is super convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked to be able to make meals. Would suggest bringing house shoes to wear inside if staying during the winter as the tile and wood floors get very cold at night.
