Overall property was great. Proximity to Canyon lodge would be hard to beat. Views were stunning. Electric plugs kept circuiting out when running hair dryer - tried in bathrooms and main bedroom. Neighbors were very loud.

This home is warm and inviting. It has the cozy cabin feel with expansive views that I would want for my own personal property. The kitchen was well equipped and the heat worked great in the single digit temps. We look forward to returning to this beautiful home.

The place is a 3 min drive to canyon . The place is great . The only thing I should have requested was no fragrance or air freshener. I have a personal thing against fragrance. I know the majority of the people love febreeze . It was my problem for not requesting no fragrance. I would rent this place again .

The unit was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Location was perfect, just what we were looking for! We loved the stove fire place it sure warmed up the upstairs nicely! Thank you for providing the wood too! The only thing is that I couldn't find a pair of tongs in the kitchen lol!

We enjoyed our 7-day stay at this comfortable condo. Cool nights and sunny days suited us well. It was easy to heat the condo and the kitchen is well equipped so home cooking was made simple, too. Some basics as mentioned in the listing were not available or in short supply which was a little disappointing. Cabinet door panels and handles in the kitchen can use a thorough cleaning. The location is a good starting point for hiking in the area and the view is very nice.

My wife, 2 kids (9, 6), and I loved this property. The location was amazing, as it is walking distance to Canyon Lodge. There was plenty of space, and all the amenities you need. We loved the wood burning stove. The highlight of the property was the amazing view looking over the town and Owens Valley/Lake Crowley. It was stunning. We had a few questions while we were there and Owner Jorn answered quickly to all communications. We will absolutely stay here again.

We had a great week at this property! As others have mentioned, the view is spectacular and everything else is as represented too. The owners were great to deal with. Given all of the snow this year, it’s too far (too steep and slippery) to walk to the mountain but driving was easy. Don’t forget about checking out June Mountain if you’re a skier - it’s a hidden gem with no crowds.

We had a really nice! The condo is very cozy and comfortable and the hosts are super friendly and communicative. My only suggestion would be to ensure you have 4 wheel drive AND chains. We had a hard time getting in and out of the condo because the hills are very steep (hosts warn you of this with the check-in pdf, but good to know for advanced planning! Shout out to Dustin the property manager for helping us… he even drove our car at one point!

An old friend and I met up for a long weekend of hiking and catching up in July. The property is very conveniently located between town and some of the major trailheads in the Lakes Basin, taking less than 10 min to drive to the grocery store/shops/restaurants and only about 15 minutes to some spectacular hikes. The layout is great for a small group or a couple, with beautiful views of the sunrise over the mountains. The place is very clean and comfortable and the hosts are nice and communicative. Overall a great place to stay.

We spend a long weekend in Mammoth and Jorn and Gillian’s condo was perfect. It’s minutes from Mammoth Mountain, the Village, the town, and all kinds of mountain beauty and outdoor activities. The space was quiet and cozy and we would definitely stay here again.

Our recent trip to Mammoth early April 2022 was perfect. This Condo unit is spotless and well appointed. We could cook in the unit or drive minutes to a restaurant in town. Canyon lodge is also minutes away for skiing. Comfortable furniture and beds and the best part the view is amazing. We will return!

The property was lovely and we got to know it well as we were snowed in the first day we were there. Jorn, the owner, was great to work with as he allowed us to modify our stay about a month before our stay. He also gave us some updates that were helpful. The place is very clean and was quite comfortable for our family of four — plus the views are spectacular. When we come back to Mammoth we will try to stay at the same unit.

Happy New Year, 2022! The GOOD: Great and decent location. Cozy home-style place, after all, it's a residential condo. Nearby Canyon Lodge though we went to Main Lodge. Host responds in a timely manner and communicates clearly. The Improvements: Create a pamphlet/guide of some sort relating to the location of kitchen items, light/fan switches, things around the house because a guest would not want to spend too much time discovering, exploring house and learning. Label kitchen doors with a general category.
