Quiet, great character

Great location. Friendly staff The only down side was the noise from workers(?) in the morning starting at 6am. There is no elevator which wasn’t an issue for us, but people should be aware.

Great staff ! Having a good breakfast everyday was very convenient and pleasant. Easy to walk everywhere and out of the main shop zone. Quiet. Old building so consider first floor room. Room was small but comfy.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff were always friendly, ready to help and make this unique property the best choice to stay in Old Quebec City. Walking distance to everything from Plains of Abraham to the waterfront. The breakfast is a must have, home made croissants every day.

We had a lovely stay over the Remembrance Day long weekend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our suite was quite roomy with a soaker tub and shower upstairs. It was a wonderful retreat after a long day of shopping or exploring the old city. Highly recommend.

Enjoying the Mansion . It was very comfy and Homey . Except for the heat. My room was so hot. The airconditioning would onky for for a short time.
The bathroom floor was dirty and never got cleaned. You could see the dirt caked on. The cabinet had not been cleaned as there was suff in there. Also there needs to be light on the beautiful terrace that suffered from a bad smell from underneath. This was also quite pricey fir the time we booked.

The stuff of this hotel were very kind. Smile was so nice.

The property itself is very nice, as is the immediate neighborhood, with a ton of restaurants. What threw us a curve ball was a small section a block away where a group of young people were smoking God knows what, and injecting drugs out in the open. Needless to say, we didn't walk by there again. Amazing that this activity is allowed.

The property is in an excellent position the room we had was to dark during the day in the basement with a small window. It was also a bit noisy for our liking you could hear every footstep from above as we were directly below the lounge, dining bar area.

Excellent walkability around the old city and a cozy, comfortable retreat to relax and enjoy your favourite refreshment on the private patio.

Room immaculate. Staff was wonderful.

Not sure if it was because of an event in town, but we paid a high price for what is a pretty basic hotel.
It looks nice from the outside and the lobby is charming, but our room was typical of an ageing, middle-of-the-road hotel, nothing special. Wifi worked very well, bed was comfortable, the shower was OK not great. Not elevators = trudging up 4 flights of stairs with luggage.
We arrived at 4pm and staff wasn’t sure if our room was ready; they asked us to wait in the lobby! We insisted that we wanted to take a shower right away and it was cleared up pretty quick, but not the welcome you expect when paying $300+ a night.
Location is great, walking distance from all the good spots. Parking is $22/night, about 300m away, not too bad for Old Quebec.

Lovely place to stay. Delightful staff. No elevatoe but was built in 1850s and we got exercise. Clean, spacious, comfortable room and bath. Great location inside wall. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved Le Manoir d'Auteuil! They were so very wonderful to my husband and I.
Customer service is top priority to them. They were not bothered by my inability to speak French. The staff helped in an way they could including making reservations for dinner.
We enjoyed the hotel and room which were both updated and lovely.
The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. You walked yourself in, sat down, order your meal, and you get a lovely breakfast in no time.
We will be back!

I was really suprised how small my room was. It was tiny. However it was clean. I was in room 6 and I am not sure why there was a red accent pillow on the bed. It was not needed. It ended up being on the floor and then it was put back on my bed against the clean pillows when the room was cleaned.. Staff was fantastic and it made my stay very enjoyable. Great location right inside the old city.

The hotel was perfect for us. It was quiet, but not far from all the action. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

We had access to our own outside patio and bought some charcuterie and a bottle of wine for lunch one day and couldn't have enjoyed things any more. Easy walking distance to restaurants and sightseeing. Parking was about 3 blocks away and very easy to get back to our hotel for packing for our departure. Breakfast not included but coffee and tea available at all times and a very nice serving area for light food and breakfast items.

This is an historic property. It is no comprable to a chain hotel but it has modern plumbing and HVAC. The beds and linens are first class. Be aware that there are lots if steps and no elevator. This can be mitigated by booking a room on the ground floor. EVERYONE on tbe staff was so very helpful and the breakfast was very good with a few choices but all were tasty.

Lovely Art Deco decor. Extremely convenient location in Old Town. Staff was uniformly helpful, pleasant and cheerful.
Downside: no elevator and difficult to get luggage up stair through front door; in fairness, staff offered to do it.
