Very unclean but good views, fact that there is a laundry is also good.

This apartment was DIRTY. Walls, ceilings, benchtops, bathroom, glass - looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The only things that were somewhat clean were the toilet and bed. There was dust, crumbs and finger prints everywhere. The area also didn't feel very safe. Also, when calling the host, they sounded very drowsy and it was very hard to communicate.

Location

Extremely unhappy. I nearly injured myself by sitting on a dining chair which was broken with 1 leg not secured. As for the other 3 chairs, they were also very unstable with loose legs. As for the couch, 1 leg was completely missing & the other leg diagonally opposite wasnt even attached, therefore couldmt even sit on the couch to watch TV. I also found someone elses hair in the second bedroom which made me wander if we were even provided new sheets ?! The bed in the master bedroom was made appallingly and sloppy. After a long day I would expect to be able to have full use of the apartment as thats what I paid for but unfortunately due to the poor furnishings & the bed situation it was hardly relaxing.

The location and view were incredible and the flat itself is nice and modern with free parking

The place had had a cursory clean but needs a deep clean- walls, doors, lounge had stains, some of the dining chairs broken and there was a slight smell in the bathroom (and some mould on the roof). There was No body wash in the shower or shampoo, conditioner and no milk (not even UHT milk)

smell of sewer in bathroom was unpleasant

The location was excellent, including the amazing view.

The carpet had a lot of hair, walls were covered in dust. The second bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable, very poor mattress quality. The duvets were full of stains and hairs.
