Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Quiet with easy access and parking. Great central location for walking the beautiful Ottawa streets. We loved it.

Could have a bit more cooking utensils in the kitchen and some kitchen basics like oil.

Great location, clean suite, well decorated, love having a kitchen and being so close to Tim Horton’s for a quick coffee and breakfast.

The accommodation of 1 king with living space and kitchen was perfect and offered everything we needed and wanted. The beds were super comfortable, and the staff were responsive when we needed assistance.

It was spacious, close to everything, inviting, has balconies .

Parking was expensive, your view from the balconies were other office buildings. No TV in the bedroom space.

It was an amazing stay, staff was very accommodating. Place was in a great location, clean and all that was necessary was provided for my stay. Kitchen was even furnished with salt and paper, coffee and tea that I could refill as time passed. Thank you for great experience!

The location was central. Close to parliament and museums.

The parking costs $25. The staff was unhelpful.

I travel a lot for work and this was the first place that felt like a cozy apartment rather than a boring hotel room. I was able to access my room without having to interact with a front desk for checking, this made me feel like I was entering my own home after a long day at work! The modern designs and cleanliness really made me happy. The amenities are fantastic and functional!

The parking garage was a tad bit sketchy to enter, the door wouldn’t open for me so I got stuck on the downward ramp for a bit. But that’s more of a building issue rather than Sonders’.

Die Zimmer wurden sauber vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Eigentlich traf alles zu, wie es zuvor beschrieben wurde.

Location, bed, wifi, kitchen - nice.

Cleanliness - terribly. When we checked in and planned to go to bed a few hours later, we found out that the bed clothes had not been changed after the previous customers, all the sheets were stained and with hair. I made all this horror on video and the hotel staff came 5 minutes later to change the bed. Eyelashes from possibly past guests were strewn throughout the bathroom. Also no hooks to hang anything in the bathroom.

The apartment was very clean, modern and roomy. Beds were super comfortable too. It had everything we needed for our stay.

After one of the 2 bathrooms flooded due to water damage from the ceiling, we were only offered partial compensation.We should have been compensated for at least one of the two nights we stayed.

Great location, clean apartment, easy to navigate app which makes minimal contact check ins and stays an easy reality. First stay with Sonder and I’m a fan. Also a huge shout out to Mahima from the sonder team (on site) that helped me with an urgent request for a print out and went out of her way to help me out. Great service

I would just go a step further to add basic amenities I.e. if one is staying for a couple of nights and has a full kitchen , I would look at providing basics like cooking oil, ketchup etc available. I understand hygiene can be a concern so small Serves packets available to take or buy on site would be amazing. Would also be helpful to have a section on the app explaining what kitchen amenities or toiletries to expect for a first timer.
