Nestled in Narragansett Beach, this lovely cottage for $140 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Completely remodeled and simply adorable studio cottage. New central AC and heat, free WiFi, kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, sink, plenty of counter space and cabinets. The Snug Cottage is open May-October. Outfitted with plates, dishes and cooking ware. Eating area has a drop leaf table that can seat 5! Fabulously comfortable, new memory foam double bed with storage bins underneath. Bathroom has a shower stall and pocket door.We also have an outdoor shower for an easy post beach rinse. Enjoy the sun, shade and harbor breezes from the two decks; one at the front of the cottage and one with a sail shade in the rear.The Snug Cottage is just 2 miles to East Matunuck State Beach with all the amenities it has to offer. 5 other beaches just a short drive. Visit the famous restaurants in the area and enjoy harbor side dining just a stroll away. If fishing is your passion, we are across from six marinas for fantastic fishing boat charters. Also enjoy some great day trips to Watch Hill, Newport, Jamestown, Block Island, and Mystic or one of our 6 local beaches! There are 2 car parking spots on the property; NO BOATS OR TRAILERS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. NO SMOKING IN OR ON PREMISES. Short term rental registration number: RE-01707-STR

What a charming and cozy cottage! Marnee was terrific--a great communicator, quick to respond to questions and just so nice. The cottage was extremely clean, well landscaped and very comfortable. Marnee's decorative touches added such warmth to this snug getaway. Highly recommend!

From start to finish my first ever VRBO adventure @ the “Snug Cottage” in South Kingstown was seamless and enjoyable! The property was clean, well-maintained, beautifully landscaped in a great location, and all communications I made to Marnee, the owner, were returned promptly. She even sent me a Local Restaurant, Shops & Places to See & a Check-in Guide which were very helpful. I give my stay an A+ (except for two rainy days!)

I had a wonderfully enjoyable escape to The Snug Cottage-- a very sweet retreat that's been thoughtfully furnished and well maintained by owner Marnee. The location is perfect -- only a mile to East Matunuck State Beach, 15 minute drive to Block Island Ferry (which is a day trip not to be missed), plus a choice of restaurants and many other beaches within a short driving distance. The weather was mixed with rain and sunshine during my visit and I still had a wonderful time. Can't wait to go back. PS if you do go to Block Island, get an Island Tour with Bruce at Oceanside Taxi, he's the best!

4 days was perfect for my stay. Local Beaches and restaurants were plenty to keep me busy and the neighborhood was so nice and peaceful in the evenings. Cottage was great and the outdoor shower is the best I've taken.

Even though we were there the weekend of a hurricane it was a lovely stay. The little kitchenette and close by restaurants allowed us to stay snuggled up indoors but still enjoy some fantastic seafood. Thanks!

Snug cottage is snug indeed. It makes ingenious use of a very small space. It is well-equipped and clean, with wonderful outdoor space. The location is a five minute drive from East Matunuck State Beach and even closer to the excellent Matunuck Oyster Bar. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The refrigerator is small (1/2 size) so we did frequent food shopping at a nearby grocery store (about 10 minutes away). The memory foam mattress on the full size bed is very comfortable. One side of the bed is against the wall and has to be accessed from the other side or the foot of the bed. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Everything was wonderful as always. This is our fourth year staying here and we love it. For a small cottage it really has everything we need. The neighborhood is always very quiet and relaxing. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Everything about this tiny cottage is perfect from its decorations to location. One room had small kitchenette and comfortable bed . Outdoor shower and little deck gave us everything we needed.

This is our second year in a row staying at the snug cottage, and next year is booked! This place is the perfect getaway for a couple! It may be small but it certainly has everything you need for a weeks stay. This year, as we all know, we have all been affected by COVID-19. With all the uncertainty in the world we were nervous wether or not to go on our trip. As soon as the door opened on our first night, you could smell the deep clean coming out the door, the place was so clean you could eat off the floor. We could not have asked for a safer vacation!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Snug Cottage! Walk to the gorgeous marina, snack shop, and fishing store. And about a mile from the beach. Adorable decorated with all the necessities! We experienced all that little RI has to offer here. We can’t wait to come back!

This cottage was so perfect! From booking until check out everything was smooth. During these uncertain times cleanliness was top priority as we have a 2 1/2 month old. It exceeded our expectations! The owner thinks if every little detail from cute flowers on the table to utensils, we felt right at home. Close walk to the marina with great views and close driving distance to the beach. Also, there is a cute little shop a short ways from the cottage where you can get ice cream :). We can’t wait to come back!

My boyfriend and I rented the Cozy Cottage for a week. This was his first time in New England and he was very excited and well impressed with the Cottage. Clean, Comfortable, ( The bed not so much) Beautiful yard and just all around charming- Would suggest a larger cooking pot for Lobsters.. Located close to area beaches .Looking forward to next summer!!
