About this house rental
Situated in Wildwood, this attractive house for $560 per night is a great option for your next break. Fully furnished magnificent, 3-story townhouse boasting 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, in The Premier Gated Community at Wildwood Square just blocks from the beach and Convention Center. This home features an open floor plan, 70" big screen TV in the living room, quartz counter tops, mosaic back splash, and recessed lighting. The bright living room shines with tons of natural light from the slider to your private balcony. Breakfast bar, and a designated pantry make up the upgraded kitchen which is adjacent to the dining area. A spacious master suite hosts a door to a private, covered balcony overlooking the heated pool and wonderful courtyard, and a lovely master bath. 3 additional bedrooms, one of which has a slider to another balcony, are serviced by 2 full baths. Laundry in unit, a half bath, dual zone A/C & Heat, and attached 2 car garage complete this superior unit. Includes Wifi and cable. We have had to stop providing linens and towels, because tenants were not laundering and returning them to the linen closet, and this was creating delays with cleaning the house for the next tenant, as well as additional cleaning cost for us. Dish's are to be washed and returned to cabinet. Check in Sat @ 4:00 PM, Check Out Sat @ 11:00 AM. Must be 25 years of age to rent. No Smoking and No Pets.

The townhouse was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed, an very close to the pool. The garage is spacious and fit 2 cars easily with room to spare. Just a block from Wawa and a block from our favorite restaurant Alfies! Would definitely stay again

This was a beautiful well loved property. It smelled great upon arrival, instructions were clear and the property manager was accesible, very communicative. The house is located a hit away from the boards,but not far enough that you cant walk, it was nice. Having a small toddler, the pool being right there was a major bonus. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part, we had a few nights the neighbors were a little overly loud and woke us up. I loved that the house had a bedroom on the main entrance floor, the beds were sooo comfy, the downside was the stairs, it is alot, but it wasnt horrid, more nerve wracking with a toddler. The applainces also need some updating, the refrigerator has a broke shelf and the dishwasher only worked on one setting. Other than that this was a great place!

My family and I have been staying at this complex for the past 13 years and have never had a bad experience!
My rating for the cleanliness of the property is in no way a reflection on the owner of the property; I believe the entire complex uses the same cleaning company. I expressed my concerns and was answered within the hour.
Overall we enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again and recommend!!

Our host Vance was always available for questions within minutes. The townhouse was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room for a large family. The pool was great and the beach and boardwalk a five minute drive away. You could walk or bike there as well. Will definitely go back!

The place was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It was very clean and very comfortable for all of us. The pool was a delight and the people were all very friendly. The host was there when I had a minor issue and took care of it immediately. Thank you again Vance.

Fun time in Wildwood
Our family had a great time. The property was clean and the owner was always prompt with responses to my questions. The location was perfect, although my active 88-year old mother wished it was a bit closer, but the walk to the boardwalk was good for her. I would recommend this property.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and well stocked with all those items you don’t want to drag or forget to the beach; beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach wagon. We had to contact the owner while we were there. Vance was very fast to respond and enjoyable to work with. The pool is a few steps from the front door. We loved the added security of a locked gated community. The board walk and beach are a short walk from the residence. Be warned the beach at that point is quite wide and will add a little to your walk.... but nothing unbearable. We are looking forward to returning to the residence next summer.

The rental process and communication with owner was excellent. The place itself was nice, the property was secure. The pool is a nice feature as was access to gas grills. Our family was comfortable in the condo, enough space for our group. Would rent this place again.

Awesome house in Wildwood!
My wife and I loved the house! It was perfect for our us and our High School and College age kids. The pool is a huge bonus! The house is meticulously clean; exactly how Vance represented. Vance was very easy to communicate with and the check in and out was perfect! Thank you! Ride share is omnipresent and the beach taxi rocks! I Highly recommend this house for your next Wildwood trip.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The boardwalk was just a few blocks away. Restaurants and mini-mart close by. Kids enjoyed the pool. Would love to stay again

We had a very nice time. The house is beautiful and spacious. But there is always something that could be better. Kitchen and living room floor really needs a good washing. Whatever they use on the floor makes it sticky. Beds could be more comfortable and bathroom on the first floor needs to have some kind of shelf that toiletries could be displayed.

Great location, within walking distance of beach and Boardwalk. Parking for two cars, great pool with easy access. The condo had everything you could want linens beach chairs even a boogie board. We are beach people so we very pleased.

The house was very nice.
Love that it was gated, and had EVERYTHING you would need, however, the fridge and stove were dirty when we first got there...and there was a stain on carpet in master bedroom.
Just a little word to the owner-the dryer vent that vents to the outside was FULL of lint.....I did mention it, didn't want the there to be a fire ! But overall, the house was great !!!

very clean well kept and beautifully updated.
We had 2 families staying in the townhome. It was very clean and the balconies were very enjoyable to watch the kids in the pool. The walk to the beach was not far and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was attentive and offered to help with anything needed. Thank you!!!
