The location was fantastic relative to the Boardwalk, activities, and food. Check in and out we’re straight forward, and there was enough room to host our entire group. This property fell short in cleanliness (ants in both bathrooms and most bedrooms) and general house supplies (only two trash bags, no linens, few pots & no pans). For the price, we would have expected more in terms of knowledge of supplies and cleanliness before we arrived to be fully informed. The house binder had more detail which, had it been shared more fully ahead of check in, would have set a better expectation for the rental. Would certainly consider staying again if basic home supplies and cleanliness were upgraded.

Hello. We enjoyed this condo with 9 people (a 7 month old, 3 yo, and 7 yo along w 6 adults) . The big plus about this place is location. Right by the beach and parking for 2 to 3 cars depending on size. Just make sure you don't cover the sidewalk or you'll get a nice ticket. You walk right onto the main part of the boardwalk. Erin is always responsive and helpful. Just beware, there is a three flight walk up. Your legs will get used to it after the first day. Also, you have to bring your own linen and towels unless you want to pay a fee. Price is pretty unbeatable so we'd recommend this to others.

We have stayed multiple times in this property and other wildwood properties with the same host. Erin is a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. Property is family friendly and 1.5 blocks away from boardwalk and beach. This gave family members flexibility to walk back and forth to house and beach at their convenience

It was a great time with co workers - the stay was great . Easy, comfortable, great for a lot of people like our group . Contact with the owner was timely . She was nice . The beach and board walk and surrounding area made it all worth while . The only thing missing was the fireworks but the time spent made us forget about them . It’s as if we made our own . I’d recommended + go again !

The condo is in a fantastic location from the beach and boardwalk. Just one block away! Neighborhood was quiet. The condo was comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Erin was wonderful to work with. She responded promptly to all our questions during the reservation process and before we arrived. We will definitely come back!

Located a brief walk from the boardwalk, this apartment was well priced and slept our family just fine. The only minor issue we had was that the cleaners arrived at 4:30 pm (check in was at 3pm) but otherwise I think that this place was a good value if you want to take a trip with 10 people and be within proximity to the beach at Wildwood and Cape May.

Overall though the experience was terrible. From the owner claiming damage that pre-existed to then also filing a claim for property insurance I bought, overcharging me for linens that stated a lesser amount in the rental agreement after, upon showing up to all the dishes being dirty and fridge not working, don’t waste your time. The owner tells you two days before you arrive that the fridge is finicky not knowing that means it’s basically like using a cooler. But it’s too late to cancel so you are stuck. All of the dishes had to be rewashed because there was food on them, which is especially gross during COVID. There was a problem with the counter that all 6 guests had stabbed their hand on, which now the owner is saying was damaged by us. AVOID at all costs. You’ll be scammed.

Loved the condo! Nice neat clean and cute decor! Very spacious and enough for a small group! However, not good for people that aren’t able to climb lots of steps. The parking was a little confusing but still convenient and enough for 3 cars. I was able to get in touch with the property owner immediately, which was great! I would recommend this place and stay here again!
