Paul's house was so inviting from the moment we pulled in. The grounds were beautiful! The house was equally impressive. Inside it was quaint, clean, cozy, and well stocked. We loved watching the chip monks and rabbits from the kitchen window in the mornings. We enjoyed exploring each of the towns and beaches. Everybody was so friendly! Favorite towns were Harwich and P-town! Honestly I could go on and on! We hope to come back sometime!

We stayed at this property for a relaxing, long weekend on the cape in the off-season. The house was clean, the water pressure was great, and the fireplace was a cozy addition to help us relax and unwind. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but centrally located to access all that the cape has to offer. The host gave clear instructions for check in and check out and made our stay a breeze.

We really enjoyed our visit. Long walks, great rides on the bike trails and beaching in the afternoon. The property was beautiful and perfect for us. Very new appliances and a screened in sitting room made dining outside awesome. We loved this home!

I visited with my 80 year old mother and love that the beach is so accessible for her. The house has not missed a single detail. It is so charming and Paul has been very accomodating, communicative and is good for a laugh with his wit. The yard and screened in porch are fabulous! I cannot recommend this property enough. We will be back!

The cottage was perfect and cozy for me and my family. Clean and equipped with everything in the kitchen. The fireplace was nice and warm. Walking in to a small Christmas tree was an added touch to our holiday stay. Would love to stay again in the future. Thank You again to the wonderful host, he was very accommodating.

Paul was very nice to talk to. House was so cute ☺️ Back yard and outside shower was a blessing with the high temperature. We were able to walk to the beach in 15 minutes walk back threw the tree line neighborhood for shade. Pulled the beach buggy down to the beach and my husband would take his turn and pull the beach buggy back. Great exercise I loved it. Would rent again in the future. Thanks again Mary and Michael K. Lovely comfortable house, wish we could have stayed longer, maybe next time! Thoughtfully furnished, the kitchen especially has all those little things so often missing in rentals. This was like staying in a friend's home. We had time to follow several of Paul's recommendations - from the spectacular sunset beach, to an awesome ice cream place - and, of course, the beaches. Paul quickly responds to any questions. Highly recommend.

We had amazing getaway for Thanksgiving break. House is awesome and had everything we needed, really felt like home. Owner is fantastic and very responsive. We definitely want to come back and enjoy Cape Cod, the house and all the warm feelings we had during this trip. Thank you.

The house was warm, comfortable, clean and you felt like you were home when you were there. The neighborhood was quiet and safe we really enjoyed walking around all the side streets. We had a very relaxing three days there.

Paul was a great host, would definitely visit again for an extended weekend. The screened in area was our favorite part even though it was pretty chilly out considering it was only mid-October. Having said that, the fireplace was very useful after freezing our butts off at the Yarmouth Drive-In for the Disco Biscuits. Everything was exactly as expected!

We had a wonderful time on our trip to this property. The neighborhood was perfect for our family to ride bikes in. We had wonderful weather so enjoyed an unexpected beach day and the house had everything we needed for that. The yard was a wonderful oasis for us city dwellers! We took many of Paul's recommendations and were not disappointed with any of them. We hope to be back!

The Blue Door Cottage was exactly as described - well kept, well cared for, excellent location, and easy to find. The 2 bdrm, 1 bath was more sleeping area for just my husband and I, but the cottage was spacious and felt like being at home. All the amenities we needed - big internet users and comfy living area. The patio area was great - little cool for our stay, but we hope to make use of it on our next stay. Love the ability for the outdoor shower and the year was well cared for. We look forward to renting again if it's available. It's close to the beach and not too far from our favorite restaurants.

The property was as described on VRBO....a real gem To spend time on the Cape. Amenities such as the yard...beach supplies and bikes Owner, Paul was an excellent communicator with attention to details. Appreciated COVID cleaning & supplies for our safety. House had all needs met and well landscaped yard was a great respite after a busy day. Enjoyed the screened porch as well. Thank you for this charming oasis!

Paul's home was a perfect fit for our needs. Four of us went down for a long weekend of pre-season golf. The central location was clutch as we were easily able to play the Captain's Course in Brewster, Bass Harbor right next door and Olde Barnstable Fair Grounds on the way out of town. The backyard was great for tossing a football around and the house itself looked like it had been renovated just days before our arrival. We would not hesitate to book this again next year or even later this year! Thanks for everything, have a great summer season!

The house was as advertised. We were looking for a place close by family to celebrate the holidays and this was perfect. Clean, well maintained, nice back yard, great screen room, outdoor shower...although given the time of year, outside of turning on the Christmas lights in the screen room we did not really get to enjoy the yard, screen room or outdoor shower! The small amounts of holiday decorations added to the quaintness of the house and made it feel like home. The house was comfortable with everything we needed. An easy walk to the beach on quiet roads. Even in the off-season the house is located near plenty of places to get groceries, the odd-ball things you forgot, and restaurants. The location was not only convenient to visiting with family, but gave us the opportunity to visit the national sea shore, which we don't get to often enough! The owner was responsive and answered our questions in a timely manner. There were four of us and we were very comfortable here. Great place! Thank you for letting us rent your lovely home!!!

Our family of four (including a 3yr old and 1yr old) arrived to this charming home for a 4 day stay. The home was very cozy and included all new appliances, you can tell it has been renovated. It had a large backyard for kids to play. Overall great accommodation in South Yarmouth area. We would definitely stay again.
