Great for outdoor fun & relaxation. Cottage also has an Arlo video front door bell. Our Home Away from Home! We’re privileged to have guests who return each year to enjoy another vacation stay. Vacation time is important which is why we strive to make our cottage a welcomed respite. The cottage has a large, fenced-in yard. Glass slider doors lead out to 2-tiered deck with privacy fence, Weber gas grill, patio cooler, outdoor dining table & chairs, 2 chaise lounges. The 1st bedroom is spacious with queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds - both have plenty of storage. What a gem!
This cottage was very well equipped and comfortable.
Has everything you need just bring your clothing. Great location, close to beaches, golf, mini golf, grocery, shopping. Very clean and decor was beautiful.Very beachy. Would def recommend. Thank you for the awesome surprise gift upon arrival to the hosts and they were very responsive!

This was our favorite summer rental we have had in years! This charming home was beautifully decorated. It was well stocked with high end amenities. The beds were super comfortable. This is our 8th year staying in Phyllis and Michael's lovely Cape Cod home. They have really done everything possible to make it an ideal place to stay. The indoor and outdoor space are very welcoming and maximally functional for guest's use. There is plenty of space for our family of 4. Each year there are improvements and surprises. We love breakfasts and dinners on the back deck, the outdoor shower, and the ping pong table in the basement. Everything is always spotless and very well organized. The only problem we have is that this home is so perfect and relaxing that we can't stop coming back each year! Hosts are also extremely quick to respond to any communication and could not be nicer.

So close to my favorite things!
This property was so close to my favorite Beach, Mayflower and to all my favorite places to go! the home was so clean and lovely decorated the outside deck and shower were perfect! the kitchen was stocked with everything you would possibly need and all the towels we're also provided which was so helpful! beds were very comfortable and we were so happy to be there!! The owners were more than generous with what we asked them, would definitely go back ❤️

I love this property! It is a good size, love the open concept, the back porch and the ping pong table! It is so clean and tidy - they have everything so you really just need to bring clothes and yourself! We had a wonderful time!

Perfect house!
Beautifully maintained and super organized property! They thought of everything to make their guests’ stay enjoyable and comfortable. It was a perfect location - close to restaurants, beaches, mini-golf, water park, shopping, etc. The communication with Michael and Phyllis was great throughout the process and they provided wonderful information for the area. Perfect updated beach cottage!
Our family of 4 gives Phyllis and Michael's home as many stars as possible! The most important thing you need to know if you are considering this home for a relaxing stay in cape cod is that this is our SEVENTH year staying in this home for our summer vacation and we have already booked our 8th time in 2022. There are no better hosts than Phyllis and Michael who are accessible and responsive but never intrusive. They have thought of every detail to make this home as easy and comfortable as possible for their guests. Our boys love the basement ping pong table, cozy tv room with all the apps on the tv, outdoor shower, and tons of beach toys. We love the open concept fully-stocked kitchen, outdoor deck, and location in the heart of it all, yet on a quiet street with a sidewalk. As soon as we leave, we book our stay for the following year!

Great Family Vacation
My adult children and I stayed at this beautiful home the beginning of September. We have not been to the Cape in years and had a great time and great weather. The home was very clean, so cozy, decorated so nice and beachy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed going to the beach, going out to eat, going to a brewery, playing corn hole, ping pong, hanging out on the deck and the outdoor shower was great! The house was so close to everything from the beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Phyllis and Michael were great to communicate with and even checked in on us during our stay. Thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful home and we hope to stay again sometime.

The house my sister and I stayed in Yarmouth was a dream come true. It is a very pretty 2 bedroom cottage with an open floor plan and large deck. It was extremely well appointed and every kitchen tool and supply was exquisitely organized and available.
The house was furnished with modern furnishings and a beautiful decor. In addition, the finished basement had a washer and dryer as well as a ping pong table.
The location was excellent and it was in a lovely neighborhood. A privacy fence and additional parking spots were well presented.
We are looking forward to a return visit because it offered much more than we anticipated. Well done.

Family vacation on the Cape
We spent a week here before Labor Day and really enjoyed this house! Very well maintained, cleaned and updated - with thought put into the details. The deck was a great place to bring back some lobster. We had young kids who found the toys and ping pong table pretty quickly - which helped during the rainy day we had! Michael was very responsive and pretty much gave us an itinerary when we arrived! Looking forward to our next trip!

Fantastic Cape Code getaway at Mike & Phyllis' cottage
We really enjoyed our stay at Michael & Phyllis' cottage. It is the perfect place for a week getaway in the Cape as it has all the amenities you can imagine: beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cornhole, boogie board), boardgames, Apple TV with all streaming services, and fully equipped kitchen. The location is hard to beat, as it is close to beaches, the bike trail, and popular towns like Hyannis, Chatham and Dennis. We are definitely looking forward to coming back to the Cape in the future and will look to stay at Michael & Phyllis' cottage.

We love this house! This is our sixth summer staying in Michael and Phyllis's home for a week, and this wonderful home is now completely interwoven into some of our happiest family memories. It really is the perfect rental. Updated and beachy but still cozy and welcoming. Great deck and fenced backyard. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Kids love the ping pong table in the basement. The house has everything you need, and the owners do a spectacular job of maintaining and improving it every year. We have already booked for our SEVENTH year next summer! Contemporary cottage not far from the sea.
We had a wonderful stay at Phyllis and Michael’s home. It was bright, cheery and they thought of every little detail.they are exceptional hosts as marked by an unexpected dead TV remote that Michael came and replaced immediately. The house just a short drive from the beach and many good restaurants for curbside delivery (The Oyster Company has amazing food). Thank you Phyllis and Michael for an enjoyable stay in the Cape.

5th year in a row! Wouldn't stay anywhere else!
Our family of 4 cannot give strong enough of a rave review for this property and the owners. The fact that we have returned 5 summers in a row should convey how much we love it! The house is perfectly appointed, modern and comfortable. It has been so fun to see the improvements the owners have made every year to what already started out as a fabulous rental. Now with central A/C, Alexa, new driveway/landscaping, and fenced in backyard. This house is everything- from the outdoor shower and large deck with a grill/lounge chairs to the basement with laundry and ping pong to the beach chairs/cart/toys/etc to the well-laid out kitchen with everything you need to the cozy bedrooms. We happened to be there this year during the rare Cape Cod tornado and while the house was largely unaffected, the owners were proactive, responsive, extremely accessible and genuinely concerned for our welfare and enjoyment of our stay. We took a family vote at the end of the week and it was unanimous- we are booking our 6th year in a row now! Thank you Michael and Phyllis!!

Great beachy property in Cape Cod
This property had everything you could ask for. We had been to the Cape twice before and stayed in Hyannis. We decided to go a little out of our comfort zone and stay in Yarmouth just because we fell in love with the photos of this property. We were very happy with our decision. The location is great. We would definitely stay here again. The guest bag that awaited our arrival was an especially nice touch. The only thing I might request would be a full length mirror. We have stayed in several VRBO and AirBNB properties, and this one was by far the best overall. Thank you Michael and Phyllis!

Delightful,cozy and clean cottage
The cottage was very nicely decorated in a chic beachy theme.
Very clean and stocked with everything you can imagine.
Outdoor shower was nicely designed off the deck. Bed was very comfortable with nice side table lights for reading at night.
My only suggestion would be better lighting by the love seat for reading. It was very hard to read at night and also during the morning when it was dull due to rain.
The owners were very prompt at responding to our questions and what a nice surprise to have a bottle of wine waiting for us, along with artificial candles left on in the fireplace when we arrived. It was like a nice home away from home.
Thank you Phyllis and Michael. We will return another week in the fall.

Absolutely fantastic house in a perfect location for exploring everything Cape Cod has to offer.
We stayed for a week in August, visiting from the UK. This has literally been one of the best places we’ve ever visited. Cape Cod is just stunning. This house exceeded our expectations in every way. It is equipped with everything you can possibly need for a stay on the Cape. We particularly loved all the beach equipment which meant we could enjoy whole days at the beach in absolute luxury. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope to return in the future.

Well, this was our 4th summer of staying in this cottage and every year it just gets better and better! Each year we think maybe it will be our last time, but then cape cod, and especially this home keep calling us back. Our whole family of 4 agreed there is no place we would rather spend a week, and this house is a big part of it. Perfect location, super well-maintained and updated. All the conveniences you could want: complete kitchen with everything you need to prepare a full meal, outdoor shower, A/C units, apple tv, beach toys/cart/chairs, deck, grill.... you name it! Plus Michael and Phyllis make us feel like family with a welcome basket and special treats for our boys. We are already looking forward to 2019- our 5th summer!! Wonderful stay!
We loved staying at this location. Everything was very clean and decorated very cute. We loved the decor, outdoor shower, and deck. The washer and dryer came in handy. The house had everything we would need to make our stay complete. There were even sand toys for our grandson. Phyllis even had a small birthday gift for our grandson Henry. We would highly recommend this rental.
