A Queen Size Bed in room #1. Twin over full Bunk Bed in room #2 and a pull out Queen Sofa with memory foam in the over-sized living room. This charming home features a full size washer/dryer, Air Conditioner, Two bedrooms plus queen size sleep sofa, living room with skylights & fireplace, dining room, kitchen with stove, Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Coffee maker, Plates, dishes, and utensils. Also, features a full Size bath with tub and shower. Nice size yard with Picnic Table and Gas Grill. Off street parking. No smoking, no pets. Kevin and Annemarie's home was everything we hoped - charming, beautifully maintained, very well supplied, quiet yet nicely located. We very much look forward to a much longer stay next summer.

Great cottage with everything we needed to enjoy our week away, and close proximity to the rail trail and sea gull beach/downtown area. Hosts were communicative and property was as described/pictured. Mattresses could be comfier, but otherwise a lovely trip - and having laundry on-site was a huge bonus. Thank you!

This is a very nice, very well kept 2 bedroom property with a sofa that opens up to a full mattress. Very quiet area, picnic table in a nice size yard. We went to the beach beside the Ocean Mist hotel, free parking. House has everything you would need towels, kitchen pot/pans/utensils. Very well maintained house.
