New to the bedroom is a 43” Samsung Smart TV , living room 2021 55” Samsung Smart TV’s, and the IKEA sleeper sofa will have a new 2024 slipcover. New Organic cotton sheets each rental season. This cottage is just the right size for a couple. The kitchen is compact, with all the essentials for eating in. Good location, nice walk to beach area. It was just what we wanted for our time at Cape Cod!

This cottage has everything you need for a stay away from home. The cottage is located near everything from beaches restaurants etc.
Jim and Regina were great hosts. We asked if they would work with us with an upcoming hurricane during our stay and they graciously worked another time for us.

We had hoped to book the cottage for the entire week.
Due to its popularity, we could only get 4 nights.
The cottage is adorable and immaculate.

This little cottage was very clean, well stocked with towels, kitchen was well stocked and we liked the area it was in. You could walk down to the water which was nice. The place was decorated nice and felt cozy. One problem was they need an exhaust fan in the bathroom. It gets very steamy in there with the humidity in the summer. The wifi goes in and out alot at times. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back next year. It was our first time to Cape Cod and we miss it already!!

The cottage exceeded expectations. It was tastefully decorated with a seaside motif and had a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were fresh.

Our stay was just what we needed. The cottage near the sea is well equipped and comfortable. It was centrally located with four town beaches just a few minutes down the street. With the beach pass for $20 a day you can come and go to all of them for the day. There are many great restaurants nearby and Hyannis is a short distance away.
For the price, you can’t go wrong. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We had a nice visit.

My husband and I stayed for a few days in mid-June. The accomodations were lovely and comfortable.It was fairly cool so we really appreciated that we were able to turn on the heating system to take the edge off the chill. We used the cottage lightly but it seemed that it was well appointed to make a longer stay comfortable. One caution for those with mobility issues, the two entrance stairs are a bit high and there is no hand rail. This was no challenge for my husband but was a bit challenging for me. Nonethelesss, we would definitely hope to stay again.

It was conveniently located. Perfect size for what we needed. Owner Jim was great! Met us when we arrived.
Only negative for me was the bed was to Hard. But that is just me.

We loved our stay in this charming cottage. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen items. The ONLY downside was no washer and dryer -however there is a laundry mat very close by! Highly recommend this beautiful location!

Charming Cottage
This is a lovely place located adjacent to a private home. Jim was very quick to respond to any questions and went out of his way to make sure we were comfoatble.

We went to this cottage for a long weekend getaway. The location was good for us, very clean and the right amount of space. Very involved and present host, so just be prepared for that. Not something I’ve experienced before but texting to remind us to turn off the AC when we had a window open while cooking seemed a little overbearing.

I stayed at this property with my daughter and 3 year old grandson. My daughter and grandson shared the bedroom and I slept on the sofa.
First the good: the owners are onsite and very nice. The bed is comfortable. The A/C is great. The owners directed us to a nice public beach with playground equipment at the end of the road, which we enjoyed.
The not so good: the photos of the property are deceptive in that "cottage" is actually part of the owner's home. There is another rental unit also attached to the cottage and the house.
We knew the cottage was small from other reviews. However, there is no dresser to unpack even one suitcase into, never mind three. Everything we brought with us was on the floor or on the small dining table, making a small space feel smaller. The owners provided two bath towels and two beach towels for the three of us. We had to ask for the wifi code. We had to ask for the correct size sheets, the ones provided were too small, and a blanket for the pullout sofa. The sofa was so uncomfortable I bought a foam mattress topper at Target. There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom so it gets pretty humid in there and the smoke detector alarm sounded when the bathroom door was opened. We don't take long showers.
The wagon provided to haul things to the beach is not made to travel over sand.
From their responses to other reviews, I see that the owners say to just ask for anything you need. Guests shouldn't have to ask for things that should be provided. It would be helpful to provide a booklet with the wifi code, the location of the trash barrels, and the check out procedure.
I wouldn't book this unit for any more than a couple.

Wonderful!
Perfect location! Comfortable clean cottage and everything we needed was there. Owners always available in person or via text when we had questions or needed suggestions regarding the area. That was so nice. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year.

Wonderful Cottage!
What a wonderfully charming cottage perfect for a long weekend getaway after dropping our daughter at college. Jim was outside when we arrived and couldn't be more accommodating! Answered questions promptly. The kitchen was appropriately stocked for making a meal with a large fridge and all utensils in place. The living and bedroom areas were perfect for 2 adults and the bathroom was adequate and decorated nicely. Close to everything and quiet, The central air was efficient and provided quick relief from the humidity for a restfull sleep. Overall a lovely few days away on a lovingly maintained property. Will definitely be back!

Nice Cottage
The cottage is well-equipped and ideal for two persons. The AC works well, it also serves perfectly as a heating system. It`s a short walk to Seaview Beach, a good place to tan, though swimming is an issue due to the seaweed. We very much preferred Craigville Beach. A shortcoming is the fact that Seaview Ave is a pretty busy street with traffic almost 24 hours per day - thus you better sleep with the windows closed. If you like outdoor seating without the desire to count the cars passing by, the other cottage B is a better choice as its patio is in the back. Besides this, the location is fine a offers many opportunities for walking.

Perfect Getaway Retreat
We stayed in Cottage A the 2nd week of July. From checkin to checkout, everything was perfect. Jim and Regina were great hosts. We had one question about the TV while we were there. Jim came right over and 10 minutes later we were good to go. It was a great base camp to get to all the beaches on the Cape. The bed was extremely comfortable and the central air was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and adorable. Close to everything. Our second time there and will definitely go again. Owners are on sight and very helpful!

Friendly but lacking
The owner seemed very proud of his property and tried very hard to be friendly. He messaged us asking about our personal life, texted us day of flight telling us to download an app, and was there when we arrived. His personal residence was connected to the rental property which appeared to be under construction or something.
The house smelled very heavily like mold and mildew. When I turned on the bedroom light my hand went through dusty cobwebs and there were visible cobwebs connecting the shade and lamp. The lamp flickered really strangely. The white couch already had some markings etc.
The owner came over later that day to bring sheets for the pull out couch. They smelled very heavy of detergent so I knew they were clean, but they had piling, small spots, etc.
We rented linens. Again we had to contact the owner for wash clothes. My husband took a shower and draped his white towel over the shower curtain bar. When I pulled it down it was covered in dirty dust.
The first night the ants started to arrive. Ants in kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms. Ants crawling all over kitchen counters. I woke up to dead smashed ants in the bed. (After we returned home, the owner tried to charge us for ruined bed sheets. I’m assuming this is why?)
I placed my suitcase in the bedroom closet on a suitcase rack and left the door open.It rained all night and all my pants and underwear were damp. Again contacted owner he came over looked around at ceiling. With prompting the owner offered to wash my damp clothes.
The next day his teenage daughter brought them over neatly folded with all my underwear displayed right on top. She got a real giggle out of it. I had to call owner again as a shirt was missing.
Owner said sweep, take out trash, leave it the way we found it. I swept. Left the used sheets with dead ant guts. I left the towels hanging in the bathroom. I tried to leave the dust bunnies and cobwebs in tact.
We have used vrbo for 5 years. I have never met a home owner. I don’t want to meet the home owner. I didn’t tell the home owner these things and I didn’t want to write a review. He seemed proud of his place. You win some you loose some. Other people seemed happy with him and his home. I should have taken pictures. I’m grateful for others reviews and their personal pictures. I just wanted to go on vacation and not get upset, so I made friends with the ants.

Cute efficient space
We were down for a large get together and the location was perfect. Space was clean , nicely decorated, quiet, and perfect for two adults. However it would be nice to have a set of cutlery vs plastic to prepare food. Not a big issue, we didn’t have any meals there but making a salad was a challenge cutting vegetables.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and had an amazing time. The cottage is updated and clean. Jim and Regina were very accommodating and
always available for questions. The bed was much softer then we are used to, but that would not stop us from staying again!

Lovely hosts and cottage
Warm welcome and when we told them we had live lobsters in our cooler, we quickly got loaded up with pot, crackers and dishes for butter.
It is convenient to 3 beaches. We spent one day going ip to the tip of Cape Cod, which was fun.
The cottage is very clean and the air conditioner is a HUGE plus.
Loved our stay.
