Only 1 bathroom. We stayed 3 nights and they didn’t clean unit even after I requested it. The dining floor got filthy and there was no sweeper or broom in the unit.

Location, kitchen, privacy, and washer and dryer included. This is why we booked. The property was very clean, beds and shower comfortable. Kitchen well stocked.

The one person who didn’t man the office but was cleaning, used our washer and dryer daily disturbing our peace. My dad takes naps. Housekeeping could have chosen an unoccupied apartment. Upon arrival, office not open, never manned. 24/7 line answered by someone I couldn’t understand. Not sure if we got an additional charge for washer and dryer which was listed as an included amenity on the reservation. For check in, not everyone is tech savy. Honesty would have been appreciated. We enjoyed the stay overall but cannot recommend this property due to the shady business operations. I will not post a negative review, just suggest that honestly is added to the description. The thermostat was a pain in the ass and I have never experienced this in any hotel and I have traveled the world. I get it, save money but we aren’t used to 78 degrees and waiting 2 hours to cool down. That is how third world people live. We did eventually figure out how to use it but not without frustration. We are old and we spent half the day in the apartment listening to the damn washing machine which was not even washing our linens. We booked for peace and quiet, not what we got. Again, overall good but certainly could have been a lot better for us.
