Beachside Townhouse PCB is a gulf front (beachfront) vacation townhouse located in Beachside Townhomes on the world's most beautiful beach with amazing sugar white sandy beach, dazzling turquoise water and spectacular sunsets. Great location at Highway 79 and Front Beach Road. Less than a mile to Pier Park. Pier Park has over 120 stores and restaurants for your shopping, entertainment, and dining. (IMAX theater, Dave & Busters, Tootsies, 5 Guy Burgers, Margaritaville, Texas Road House just to name a few.) Winn Dixie grocery store, liquor store, CVS Pharmacy is across the street. Fresh fish market, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and several others in short walking distance. We are less than 20 minutes (15 miles) from Northwest Florida International Airport (ECP). You can see the pier at Pier Park from the deck off the back of the unit, great views, fishing, as well as fireworks displays several times a year. Some of the area entertainment includes Frank Brown Park, Aaron Basset Park, Shipwreck Island water park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe it or not, Wonderworks Museum, dog races, parasailing, boating, and fishing. "Dolphin Waves" has 1800 square feet of spacious living with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully equipped, the unit has full size washer and dryer. - Unit has four (4) flatscreen televisions one in each bedroom and one in the living room all are connected to cable and unit does provide internet and WiFi.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the ocean view!!! I love this property and the owners! If I could give 10 stars for communication with the property owner I would. We will definitely rent from them again. The kitchen had everything we needed. The updates are beautiful!! All the bedrooms and baths are updated the mattress are great. They put pride into the property and it shows!!! Location is great we walked to Pier Park and loved the dogs on the beach. We will be back!!!

The unit was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable. We asked a few questions to the owner when we got to the unit and they were very responsive. There are a bunch of restaurants close by - great location. This was a mini get-a-way but plan to come back because there is definitely more for us to explore!

It overall was a nice stay but there was things that was not told on vrbo site and I had a handicap person with me that almost fell through soft spot in floor. Will not book here again.

Such a lovely house with direct access to a really stunning and quiet beach. The house was well equipped with all that was needed for our stay and it was very clean. Would happily stay again.

This was our first year to PCB and it was nice besides all the construction but we know it will soon be awesome! We travel as a large group of family and friends for almost 10 years now. We love being able to have our group in the same townhome unit for the week. Townhome rentals are important to us so we can all stay together yet have our own home with our family for the week. We enjoyed it again this year! Thank you for providing a wonderful unit.

Just What We Needed
Having rented from this owner before, we knew what we were getting into. Once again, the condo was perfect for our group of 8. We love the access to the beach and convenience of the surrounding area. Everything is so clean and in proper working order. With several different types of restaurants only steps away, there's something for everybody. If you're in the mood to stay in and cook, you'll have everything you need for that as well. Looking forward to renting again in the future.

Perfect beach house
We lucked out with renting this property. There was plenty of room for each person in our group of 9. Having three bathrooms was a plus since we were in the water and sand to beach a lot due to the perfect balmy 75 degree weather. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment. Because we had a big party we cooked all our meals and appreciated the full size fridge and freezer. The wi-fi worked great for 2 zoom meetings I had to do. The area was all families so we felt safe. We would rent this house again!

Great location and terrific accommodations for our family. Apps. Parking lot is a little tight. Lots of construction going on to make front Beach Road better, but it did not impact our stay or experience.

Great location and home
The townhome was so clean and well decorated! The cupboards were well stocked as well. We had a few issues that were quickly resolved and the owner was so nice! This home is directly on the beach! The only issue is parking, the lot is kind of tight if you have a large vehicle (I drive a suburban), but it was manageable! Great stay for us and we will be back :)

What a view!
Easy check-in/out. Beautiful home with immediate beach access. Nice deck with grill. Everything that was listed was accurate.

It was a lovely beach rental. It was nice to be able to walk out directly onto the beach from your own back porch. It was an easy walk and the beach was not crowded where we were located.
Inside had nice beds and bedding. Kitchen was stocked with expected mildly mismatched plates and glasses but had what you needed.
Had a lovely covered deck and out door furniture that made the afternoon nice on the back porch.
The living room furniture had a pull out couch that gives you more sleeping space but makes the couch less comfortable for seating. Had a huge TV in the living room.
Had a great table in the dining space that everyone could gather.
The best part is the location on the beach for us and the ability to come and go directly to the town house without crossing paths with other guests, having to lug our stuff down hallways or ride elevators.

Found this property shortly after our original property was cancelled due to storm damage. Overall the property was great. Description lists a tv in every room but the master bedroom did not have one but this was only a minor inconvenience. The beach was beautiful and we would definitely rent this property again!

Amazing spot on the beach!
The walk from the house to the beach is even closer than it looks in the pictures! My family and I stayed here, and had an amazing time. Host was very responsive, house was clean and nearby to restaurants and activities, and the weather was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway.

Perfect and most convenient location of any place I've ever stayed. So many things in walking distance. The house was perfect for me, my teenage daughter, and friends. The floor plan is great, well furnished, and nothing beats being able to walk right out the back door and being on the beach. Would definitely recommend this and look forward to returning.

This townhome was the best place for my family to stay. It was the perfect size for 5 people and the check in was easy. Communication was on point and the owners are very responsive and quick. Very well stocked with all the utensils you will need for the perfect stay!!

Great location
The townhouse was nice and the location was great. The house could use more cleaning as we saw cockroaches running around. Also the table in the deck was high while the chairs were low so we could not use it. I enjoyed fishing a lot and got some monster redfish. We also had all stores including fresh fish market close by. I wish they will pay more attention to cleaning.

Fabulous property at great vacation
We really enjoyed our stay there. The location can't be beat and the property itself is spacious and well equipped. Some TLC for the property would be nice, but the owners responded immediately to text messages and were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
