Good location, clean and safe. Not too far from the center, I walked everywhere, but also has close access to public transport.
Also the host was very friendly and nice.

Very clean and comfortable! I appreciated the warm welcome.
The location is not great - nothing around is open at night except Tim Hortons. Fortunately it's easy to get around Toronto so that isn't a major drawback. Also a bit expensive, but no more so than any other place in Toronto in the summer.
