Great location near distillery district and with streetcar stop just around the corner taking you to city centre quickly at any time.

Good price. Was clean. Next door to a great coffee shop.
Only 2 elevators for 9 floors and 1 wasn't working so had to wait a long time to go up or down. There are NO stairs. The name, pics and description make the place look much better than it is. This is a student residence. The location says Downtown but it is quite,a long way out of the centre. There is a kitchen but no pots, pans, cutlery or plates so unusable if from overseas! There are only sun blinds on the windows so quite light at night and hard to sleep
