Очень чистое жилье с удобным расположением, со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Очень удобная кровать, по ночам было очень тихо. Метро рядом, как и продуктовые магазины и кафе.

Es un apartamento sencillo, pero suficiente. Las utilidades del apartamento son algo a destacar: cocina completa equipada, baño completo, televisión, terraza. Es un apartamento luminoso. Cama cómoda.
La entrada y el ascensor al lugar podrían estar mejor cuidados, haciendo el espacio más cómodo y que de sensación de seguridad. No es una zona insegura, pero la entrada al lugar no transmite lo mismo.

Het appartement is gelegen in een rustige straat een stukje buiten het centrum van Bilbao. In 10 minuten loop je naar het Guggenheim en van daar in 15 minuten naar het oude stadscentrum. Daar zijn leuke terrasjes, restaurants, winkeltjes, enz.
In de omgeving van het appartement zijn volop barretjes en cafeetjes. Daar worden vooral pinchos verkocht. Voor een echt restaurant moet je naar het oude stadscentrum.

I appreciated the location, with shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The host was also very kind and helpful in giving us information about parking (to be paid everywhere in bilbao and you cannot stay longer than 5 hours in the same parking lot) and attractions
The studio was very basically equipped (no carpet for the shower, very poor quantity of shower gel, a few pots for the kitchen...) . In addition, most of the photos in the Internet are misleading (nice rooms with balcony or wide window) did not refer to the studio we rented that had a small window with no view outside, a blind bathroom where the ventilator was not working and the shower was closed with a curtain (not very hygenic for a place where different people are accommodated).
