We loved the home away from home feel of this apartment, and having all the space and luxury of a full kitchen was great too.

Very nice, clean, and centrally located place right next to the Palace. As I had a work conference in the Palace, the apartment was perfect for me. The place itself was well organised, tidy, and comfortable. The kitchenette had a microwave, a fridge, and an espresso machine, which was more than good enough. The bathroom was clean and quite spacious. The beds were comfortable, and there was a television too, but I didn't watch anything on it. The fan was extremely helpful for the warm nights I stayed.

Die Wohnung im 3. Stock liegt 5 Minuten vom Ondaretta Beach entfernt, ist gut ausgerüstet (inkl. einem Sonnenschirm, den man ausleihen kann) und sehr sauber. Zur freundlichen und zuverlässigen Vermietung s.h. Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen?
19.-26.07.26: Bei diesem Preissegment erwarteten wir nebst der kurzen Distanz zum Strand und einer sauberen Wohnung keinen Baulärm mit Schlaghammer und Bohrer im Haus. In einer Wohnung zwei Stockwerke direkt unter uns, wurde von Dienstag bis Freitag ab 09:00-17:00 Uhr ohne Pause eine Totalsanierung durchgeführt. Das kann vorkommen. Die Frage ist nur, wie man mit dieser Situation umgeht. Eine schriftliche/mündliche Vorankündigung oder eine Senkung des Mietzinses wäre ein mögliches Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter. Die Vermieter gewährten uns auf Anfrage keine Reduktion und meinten, dass wir uns direkt an booking wenden sollen. Auch booking konnte sich mit dem Vermieter nicht einigen und machte innert weniger Tage eine Teil-Rückerstattung. Ein Dankeschön an booking.
