This home away from home is just waiting for you and your family. This half of the duplex is a 1421 square ft condo with 2 master bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Both master bedrooms have new mattresses as of June 2018, and are the same mattress that was chosen for the Pope to sleep on while he was visiting the USA. Loom and Leaf by Savaata organic memory foam (made from plants) encased in organic cotton. Both suites have large TVs, balconies and full bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi tub). Granite counters and tile floors throughout the condo will make you feel like you're living in luxury. The living room has a large flat screen TV, queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, adorned fireplace (DECORATIVE only) and balcony. You won't feel like you're missing anything cooking in the California style kitchen which is open to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining at home and can accommodate 6 at the table and there are 4 seats available at the breakfast bar. There is also a half bath powder room on this floor for your convenience! Step out onto the living room balcony and enjoy an ocean view! There is a 2 car garage but one car must be a compact due to the layout of the garage. To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a “selfie” photo specifically of the booking guest's face and holding either a Driver's License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as, payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc. This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled.
