We thoroughly enjoyed our gathering in this lovely home. The children’s play area made for many happy hours of play for the little ones and a great venue for family Olympics— including a mini-golf tournament! With plenty of room for all to spread out, we found we stayed home most of our stay. There were a few typical house repairs which were handled right away. Greatly appreciated that! Highly recommend.

This "private resort" was beyond amazing. Our party consisting of three generations of three families ranging in age from 9-89 has been enjoying Thanksgiving vacations together around the country for 15 years, We've had some wonderful VRBO accommodations over the years, but this one tops them all. Everyone in our party was blown away by the accommodations, the comfort, the amenities...everything the property had to offer. While the pictures in the listing are accurate, they just don't do the property justice.
This is the only property we found that had three ensuite bedrooms on the first floor. One for each of the grandparent generation. This left all five of the upstairs bedroom for parents and children. The perfect layout for our families.
We spent hours in the hot tub & pool, on the mini-golf course, in the game rooms, and theater room. We cooked a meal out side on the grill, cooked meals in the largest, most well equipped professional, kitchen we've ever seen, grabbed the two extra chairs and got 16 around our Thanksgiving dinner table.
Pauline was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions prior to arrival, Gary (local property manager) was responsive and available to assist us even on Thanksgiving Day.
There wasn't anything we didn't love about this house. It's perfect for a large group of people and provides enough of everything for everyone to have a wonderful trip. We can't recommend it enough.

The house is gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything is perfect. We really appreciate the little details like the travel size toiletries in each bathroom, extra toilet paper, all of the pool floaties for the kids, so many extra towels, extra pull out beds, pack and play, high chairs and more. Every room had its own bathroom. The arcade was amazing! Even the older adults were playing. The play area kept the kids occupied, it was difficult getting them to leave. The pool was perfect, hot tub was great the splash pad was so fun. It was close to Disney parks. Would book again.

Even better than advertised! Our immediate and extended family ranging in age from 6 months to 70+ were in awe of the property and all of the amenities.
We had a few questions while we were here and our inquiries were addressed immediately and subsequently followed up on.
The owner was very accommodating and we cannot wait to return!!

This was by far one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in as a family. Every year we take a Family September Vacation together. We do have many kids from toddlers to young teens and this was a great place that met the needs of all. Even us adults enjoyed the wonderful outdoor area with the TV to watch sports etc together. Wish we had more time in the house as we planned 3-4 of the days at Disney. Ms. Pauline was the sweetest to work with and was there for any questions. If we were to come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay Ms. Pauline!!

My family and I had an amazing stay! Checkin and checkout was smooth! The property looked exactly like the pictures. The property was clean and well maintained! We had our annual family vacation which included my 3 adults daughters and their families. There was plenty of space for everyone! The ensuite bathrooms were wonderful! I appreciated the play area and patio door alarm because I have small grandchildren. We had to call maintenance for a minor issue and they came right away! They were friendly and helpful. The owner Pauline was delightful to work with. Very responsive, helpful, and kind. We will definitely book again! Thank you!

This property was perfect for what we wanted. We had 13ppl staying at the property for a family reunion at Disney. This property was PERFECT any hot days we could relax at the pool, or do many of the other things available. From movie night with the family to having a competitive billiards tournament. Everything is provided. The owners did a masterful job with this property...and thought about almost everything...alarms on exit doors to the pool made it so we all could rest and relax peacefully with little worry of accident. We thoroughly enjoyed this location and I promise you and your family will as well. Zero complaints and millions of compliments should be showered upon the owners. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy the property.

Four years ago, for my aunts 70th birthday, we rented this same house. Without realizing, this year (2023) we rented it again. We didn’t realize it was the same house because of all the upgrades. It was a five bedroom 4 years ago now it’s 8 bedroom with an huge play area that our kids enjoyed the most. Overall it was a very wonderful house four years ago and it is even more wonderful now! We had a family member Recently pass and this trip really was in memory of him and for us to rent the same house was really touching for us. We are hoping to rent again in the future. Great home, great management….loved every second we spent there!

Just an amazing place that is truly not realized until you see the attention to detail and spaciousness of the house. The owner was amazing in her communication and was very accommodating. I had a group of 14 and every person on the list at some time during the trip stated that we need not look any further for our annual vacation. Located next to EVERYTHING you could be looking for in the ways of entertainment, eating, outlets, this place is ideal for families or larger groups. This place truly amazed…Thanks Pauline for allowing us to experience this, and being such a wonderful host.

We stumbled on this listing and fell in love with this property! We flew our executive team in for a week of gratitude and team training. This house couldn't have been more perfect with 8 ensuites - the majority of them King Suites! The space allowed us to do our trainings, eat together as a team, play, laugh and entertain all at the same time! The owners and property managers were 100% communicative and responsive. We WILL be back!!

We were not disappointed when we checked into this magnificent home. Pictures did not do justice. However there were some issue with getting warm/ hot water in some areas of the home. Had to run water quite a long time to get warm/ hot water. I just think waiting 20 mins or more in order to get warm water to shower is too long. Also we were not able to enjoy the theater because the surround sound system was not connected. The owner explained that it was a new install and there was not enough time to hook it up before checking in. Owners are very nice people who will try their utmost to fix issues. I would highly recommend this house and would rent it again.

Great location to Disney!
The photos of this house are very understated! All of the bedrooms are bigger in person. The quality of furniture and furnishings are above average. The beds are extremely comfortable! The close location to Disney plus the size and quality of this home makes it perfect for any large family or multiple families! We will definitely be back!

Nice roomy place
Nice house and kids loved the pool and the game room. Really convenient to Disney, Target, shops, and restaurants. Only cons, the ice maker was broke so we had to keep buying ice all week. There were no hand towels in the whole place to dry your hands on so we called and they brought some over.

BEYOND EXPECTATION
My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. The home was excellent and very clean with nothing but cleanliness in the air. All rooms were very cozy and open space. The owner really put a lot of thought in this house because there were something in the home for everyone from newborn to adult. The pictures on the web was very accurate with the exception of the jacuzzi tub. Because the owner has since updated restroom. Therefore, if you are looking for a bathtub, the only one is upstairs in the Jack and Jill bathroom in between the room with the two double beds and bunk beds. Otherwise all restrooms have stand up showers. The house , pool and spa was so fantastic, that my family did not want to go to any parks again. Directions to the home was very detailed and once in the home there was a book on table that had anything you need to know how to operate things in home as well as close places to go. The owner of home was very responsive to any questions one may have. If anyone would like to know about rather or not the stroller is an umbrella stroller or full size stroller it is a full size stroller in which you can put your infant car seat on easily. Crib, Walker and play penis in home as stated. Enclosing my family and I like the convenience of having to pay half upfront and the beauty of paying the balance toward the end. The pool area is awesome and as long as you keep screen door closed we saw no mosquitoes. Thank you very much Pauline for taking such great thought to make sure your go in e was furnished to meet all your guess needs. Looking forward to returning in the future and by the way the two queen beds downstairs are gorgeous, my grandma really enjoyed her stay.
