First the second floor never got cooled off, one of the shower curtain was nasty dirty. Too many big roaches and they were flying. The pool was not clean when we arrived. I call and text , no response. The house should have been cool as soon as we arrived. The furniture not strong. Bed falling apart. For all the money that was paid thoses things should have happened. I am not sure if we would book again. That was my first time booking and I thought it would have been better than what it was.

We were in town for a conference and we accommodated 8 people in a house for ease and cost savings. The location was great and the house met all of our needs. The service from Nova property Mangement was great. Thanks for all your help.

Great for a large group! We enjoyed our stay! We paid for pool heat, but we really didn’t need to because the pool was very warm. The water was very foggy, however. The home has great flooring, great beds and excellent showers. It had enough towels so that we didn’t have to go buy pool towels at the store. Also it had plenty of washcloths! It could’ve use some more kitchen towels for drying dishes. The house had ample dishes, glasses, cups, cookware and cooking utensils. We also enjoyed some time at the clubhouse which is absolutely amazing, as is the pool there. Overall an amazing stay with 16 people: eight adults and eight kids who are middle school and high school age.

Great for a large group! We enjoyed our stay! We paid for pool heat, but we really didn’t need to because the pool was very warm. The water was very foggy, however. The home has great flooring, great beds and excellent showers. It had enough towels so that we didn’t have to go buy pool towels at the store. Also it had plenty of washcloths! It could’ve use some more kitchen towels for drying dishes. The house had ample dishes, glasses, cups, cookware and cooking utensils. We also enjoyed some time at the clubhouse which is absolutely amazing, as is the pool there. Overall an amazing stay with 16 people: eight adults and eight kids who are middle school and high school age.

I feel the cleaning fee was over stated-my feet were black from walking on a floor while leaving my shoes at the door as a courtesy(even on the first day) WiFi was minimally capable-had to figure out the password on my own to use it (not provided by the rental company). Theater room did not work no matter how hard we tried. Door lock also required some guessing as I don’t own a keypad lock. If I had not guessed at placing a ✅ at the end of the code I would have had to call. Did call and never got a response for another item. Email response was not timely when we were on property. Changes had to be made due to circumstances beyond my control on arrival day-even though the property managers said it was taken care of, it was not. My adult children say I expect too much, for the price paid I don’t think so.

Need to fix the child crib mattress immediately, it was not the right measurement width to secure the baby in properly. The movie room would have been nice but it smelled foul and projector would not even work . The projector would not show anything but DVD's. Of course we did not have any DVD's with us. We never used that or the jacuzzi. The timer and lights would not work on it. There were several maintenance problems that could have been easily fixed. Holes in the walls and toilet paper dispensers were not fixed before we got there. I tried to get a hold of the manager when we came home to find a man upstairs with a spoon. He said he had a work order but did not speak English and had no paperwork on him. We also did not think it was ok to send someone over and not inform us. It was quite scary as we came home and the front door was wide open. Also the back sliding door would not EVER lock. We had that unlocked all week long. We never heard from the property manager on these issues. The house was nice and accommodated us quite well except for these issues above. I did think these problems should should have been addressed but no one ever replied back to me. Communication was good before we left. Also I did contact VRBO when we got there because the upstairs was almost 90 degrees. The AC would no work so we did not have any air upstairs for several hours. If that had not been fixed we would not have been able to stay in the heat. It was unbearable. The neighborhood was gorgeous. The property could be ran more efficient.

Perfect for a large group wanting a home base for their FL trip
The room and value of this place was excellent. We had 10 adults and one infant and there were plenty of spaces for us to hang out individually.
It is not the lap of luxury, which honestly was perfect for us. It feels like a vacation rental rather than a home someone lives in (meaning that the layout of things doesn’t always make sense. The door to the fridge, for example, opens into the counter.) None of that was a problem necessarily. just quirks
The only problem we ran into was with the towels. We showed up and there was not a single bath, face, kitchen, or pool towel. 11 of us in Florida and it was a definite need. I reached out to the property manager several times with no answer at any point. Finally I think I texted the management office’s number and they brought over plenty brand new towels for everyone. That process got us all set for showers within 24 hours.
Tl;dr: It’s a rental not a home. It’s huge and well located. It is a nice place to hang out. It takes some effort but problems were solved soon enough.

There was garbage in the driveway and around the home. There were dirty socks by the entrance to the backyard pool area and lighter fluid and parts from the grill laying in the mulch.
The front door was broken and the door was very hard to close and at times we could not secure it closed. We woke up one morning and the door was open. Anyone could have walked right through our front door at any point in the night while my family was sleeping. We had kids with us and it's scary to think that we couldn't safely secure our door. It was not fixed until day 6 or 7 of our stay.
Walking into the home the walls were dirty, stained, there was tape on some light and wall fixtures from what seemed like previously hung party favors. Obviously nothing was wiped down if the tape was still there. There were big balloons still in the home from previous guests.
Master bedroom to the left had some leftover garbage in the closet so that obviously was not wiped down either. The toilet in that Master bedroom was broken and made a loud whistling noise whenever water in any part of the home was used. It would wake us every night whenever someone in the home got up to use the restroom, get a glass of water or wash their hands.

Missing a lamps. A half dead cockroach was slowly crawling across the floor day one and the next day there were cockroachs in the toilet of that bedroom.
Kitchen..
Counters didn't seem to be wiped down, garbage can was dirty not wiped down, garbage disposal was clogged, ice and water in fridge were not working, freezer was frozen over. Missing chair at breakfast bar.
Living room..
Couch old and sinks down halfway to floor when sitting in it. Empty box on TV stand so that obviously wasn't wiped down. Couches disgustingly dirty..unusable. One of my family members sat on the couch day 3 or 4 and saw a cockroach scurry down through one of the cracks.. couldn't get a picture of that one.
Dining room..
There were supposed to be 10 chairs but only had 7 for our family of 9 and one chair was we pulled out to sit in and the top was broken and came off. The blinds to the pool area from the dining room were missing about 30% off them. So at night when we had lights on in the house anyone could see right in.. no privacy..
Outdoor area.. all chairs outdoor were dirty broken and unusable.. the pool pump was broken. BEWARE WE CALLED NOVA VACATIONS EVERY DAY AND THEY WERE TERRIBLE.WORST HOME WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN

I have rented with VRBO before with great success. I guess next time I’ll read a little more into the reviews so I hope this helps someone. When we arrived to the house on Friday there is 10 people total staying at the house. We we’re supplied with 6 towels and 4 wash rags. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone for few days and someone from Canada called us from the management company. And we had towels on Tuesday. We had to go out and buy our own towels so we could get through the weekend. The house was dirty. A friend had a can of hairspray roll under her bed and when she went to get it out there were dirty boxers under the bed. The carpet feels absolutely disgusting. You can see where an animal had been tearing up the carpet at the transition between bedroom and bathroom at the first floor master bedroom. The dryer didn’t work from day one and NO ONE addressed this issue at all. They tried to compensate by giving us the heated pool for free but the jacuzzi didn’t work until randomly on the last day then stopped again. The ceiling is coming down right where you go up the steps. Looks like a patch job that wasn’t done well and coming down. Overall not happy with our stay. We were told we would be issued a refund for most of our stay and we haven’t seen one yet. We sent pictures and emails when we arrived of all the problems and it jsut wasn’t handled in a good timely manner. We asked to be moved to another house snd nothing was done. I will be getting into this more with VRBO about what they are going to do. But this house needs some work done!

The stay was ok with a few bumps! One of the upstairs shower handles broke & no one responded for a full day & the water was literally just running. The movie theater room was good except we couldn’t get nothing to work! The hot tub didn’t have any bubbles! Overall we made our stay as nice as possible!

Take the Good with the Bad
I loved the place except we couldn't use the Theater room to watch a movie because no remote for the DVD player and it was a type that you needed the remote. It has two air hockey tables that didn't work. No balls for the foosball table. And it took me a good half hour to unclog a toy from the pool table. One of the toilet were clogged and so was the garbage disposal was too. We tried getting ahold property management using different numbers that were on our paperwork. I called and left messages but no called me back. Then I get an email that a ticket was put in to have a service person come out and fix the thermostat. I didn't say anything about the thermostat and no one showed up anyways. I liked the property but holes in walls and screens busted. The owners need to find new property management.

Next my son tried to play XBOX which they have no games and they don't tell you to bring games. Also 2 bathroom shower doors were broke so didn't close so water would get everywhere, 1 shower hot water didn't work, 1 tub was clogged, garbage disposal was broke so stunk from who knows how long of food that was in there. I emailed about issues an hour and a half after we arrived and no response. I called property management the next morning and was told someone wouldn't come by to fix and no one ever called or came. Contacted them back the next day and was told someone would call me and come by and again never happened. When we checked out no one had ever came and did anything at the house. In spite of COVID19 - great stay and family time
In spite of COVID19 - great stay and family time with lots of room for everyone to come together and spread out as wanted. Frank was great to get a hold of and if needed getting back to you. Also VRBO was there when contacted. and Jeves the contracted maintence people were there same day for a cloth dryer knob that busted. Thank you everyone.

Great spot for a family vacation
We recommend this property. The layout is great for multiple families. We had small children and appreciated the pool safety fence and crib provided. The house has normal wear and tear that you’d expect from a rental, but overall everything was clean and in great condition.

Family Christmas Vacation
Our family has rented homes for our family vacations through VRBO several times now and have always had a terrific experience. This home in Champions Gate was no exception. It was perfectly suited for our large group of 16 people and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed and expect as advertised. We would definitely stay in this home again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay while visiting Orlando.

Great place to stay with family!
This house was exactly what was represented in the pictures online. The house was clean. The beds were super comfortable. The furniture and the decor was beautiful. My family loved the pool and connecting hot tub. The water pressure in the bath and showers were great! Access to the house was made easy the day we got there. The Oasis Clubhouse was also very fun for the kids. They loved the lazy river and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The parks ( Disney) were 18-23min drive each day. I would highly recommend this property of you're going to Disney Parks and have a large group!

Great house
The house was beautiful and has a great location. Having your own private pool was perfect for the entire family and all the kids! Being only 20 minutes from Disney was great. And Frank & Winnie were fantastic, with great communication throughout the entire process. We had a great trip and would deathly recommend this property!

Beautiful house! Great for a large group. Loved the upstairs bonus room! Kids loved the water park at the Oasis Clubhouse! Not a bad drive to Disney.

Beautiful House and Community
This is a beautiful home with all the amenities to make for a wonderful vacation. We made extensive use of the private pool, clubhouse, and game room providing hours of fun and a lifetime of memories.
My daughters and their friends were awestruck by the size of the home, the beautiful decorations, and all of the things to do. They all took time to FaceTime friends back home to share a “virtual tour” of the home.
I would definitely stay at this home and community again when in the Orlando area.

We had a wonderful stay !
The place was beautifully decorated and maintained.The beds were amazing. The pool with the property was great for the kids. And with the water park just a couple minutes walk away it was all we needed. The condo was clean and ready to go. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent space for Large Group
We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a large group with 13 guests and everyone was comfortable. The had sufficient supplies and we had prompt service by the maintenance staff.
