We enjoyed the
-Accommodating staff. Even though there was limited English they still tried their best to host us
-special little treats
-room service everyday for no extra fees, we had clean towels everyday
-spacious room with lots of storage
-our own jaccuzi

Great location across the road from a station on the line out to Narita airport. Excellent value as we each got a small meal for dinner and a breakfast with the reservation. Both meals came with a free drink. We also each got a free cocktail, beer or soft drink on arrival and ice cream. Staff were friendly and used a translation app to communicate with us which was helpful. Large bathroom and it was all very clean when we stayed (all rooms are cleaned daily from 12 until 5pm so you must leave during those times but you can leave your luggage).
This is a love hotel but it is perfect for couples. We would stay again and it would be a good option at either the start or end of your trip to Tokyo if flying at Narita Airport.

ディズニーリゾートへのアクセスがよく、利用させていただきました。お部屋もベッドもお風呂も広く快適でした。宿泊特典もたくさんあってよかったです。部屋のテレビはサブスクが充実していて映画も楽しめました！
アーリーチェックアウトのキャッシュバックをチェックアウト時にお願いしたところ、入室時に受付で言わないと適用されないとのことでした。ホームページの広告にその旨記載がないと指摘すると『書ききれなかったんでしょうね』と、、、。駐車場からの出入口にある素通りするようなところの大きなパネルに書いてあると言われたので確認したら、至近距離でまじまじと見ないとわからないように記載させれいました。そもそも、もう一方の出入りから入店したので見ていません。その年配女性の言い分はあんまりでした。他の口コミでも同様のシステムで不快な思いをされたのを見ていたので、酷いやり方を平気でするホテルだと確信しました。あと、あんかけ焼きそばは写真と異なり"皿うどん"でした。
