The room was wide and spacious to put down our luggages and open them up with ample space. The view of the city area as well as the beach/sea was worth it.
The staff were very nice and helpful when initially the check in machine couldnt locate my booking. Got it sorted out quickly in the end. Do note that there is a Lawson convenience store & a Matsukiyo pharmacy located within the hotel itself.
Glad that the hotel was within walking distance to the Makuhari Messe expo so that we could attend Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai event & concert with ease.

There was a discrepancy but the hotel made accommodations that made up for the discrepancy so that was great.
The first room I got was not ok. But again they put me in another room that was upgraded which more than made up for the first room. The convenience store seemed to be out of stock more than stocked.

The hotel’s location is perfect if you’re attending an event at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.
Inconsistency among staff members in how they respond to customer queries (e.g., request for detailed invoice).

room was satisfactory, location of the APA Hotel was across from the Makuhari Messe Exhibition Center where my business trip was at. I did not have any break feast during my stayj
elevator was slow, many kids and young people on vacation at this hotel because they are going to Tokyo Disney. Not a good hotel for business travelers.
