A lovely hotel in a very convenient location. We also enjoyed using the spa area, and the bed was very comfortable, with a great mattress and excellent pillows.
The main downside was that the elevators were often very slow, so we sometimes had to wait quite a long time. The spa area upstairs also felt a little too small for the number of guests. We often had to wait for a locker to become available, and the area could feel quite crowded. There were also frequently quite a few hairs on the floor, which was not particularly pleasant.
Another issue was that the smoking room was located right next to the wellness area. Unfortunately, there was often a noticeable smell of smoke, especially in the women’s area. This is something that could definitely be improved.

1. The hotel decoration is modern, and its facility is new and good.
2. The hotel location is good. It is near Kaihim-Makuhari station and takes only 10 minutes' walk to Makuhari Messe. There are also Mitsui outlet and lots of restaurants around it.
Sometimes it takes time to wait for the elevators although there are 3 elevators to serve.

ロケーションが良い
まずエレベーターが遅い。チェックイン時のスタッフの対応がスムーズではない。(チェックアウト時は良かった)預けた折りたたみ傘が壊れて帰ってきた
