It’s located in a good area in Makuhari, close to the outlet mall and walkways that will lead you to Makuhari Messe and ZOZO Marine Stadium. I stayed here because I attended an event at Makuhari Messe. The staff provided exceptional service and greeted everyone as they entered or left the hotel. I am a tall person, and the bathtub was big enough to take comfortable baths. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I’d stay here again because they provided great value for the price compared to some of the more expensive hotels nearby.
In the breakfast buffet, the pancake machine could use more visual instructions because guests appeared confused as to how to use it. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything else about this hotel.

Great location. It was a short walk to the outlets and the train station.
The beds were so comfortable! Most beds I. Japan are hard. These has just enough spring.
I loved breakfast on the 14th floor overlooking the ocean. The view and food were spectacular.

Overall the room was great except the bathroom (see below). The bed was spacious and there was room to unpack. Location was excellent for Makuhari Messe. Staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The view from the breakfast room was great. Wifi was very good.
I didn't think the breakfast was that good, there was almost no fruit (a small bowl of grapes, some orange wedges and I think figs), unlike the advertising photos suggested.
The bathroom in my room needed updating. Although everything worked, the toilet lid would not stay open on its own due to the position of the sink. This meant that whenever I was sitting on the toilet, the toilet lid was resting on my back, which is just gross. I didn't bother reporting to reception as I figured there's not much they can do.
For the calibre of hotel, I felt these two things weren't quite good enough.
