It was a very nice property, very comfy bed, the staff was very nice & there was free parking nearby
The neighbor wasn’t great but that is of no fault to the property, they had staff manning the lobby 24/7 and secure parking

Convenient to ferry to Nantucket and to historic sites. Opening windows.
Small bathroom. Street noise from lowrider cars that seemed to circle around until late at night.

Rooms were clean, staff was as helpful as they could be. I really liked the bed, I prefer soft beds. The bathroom was quite small though, and the shower water pressure was not as strong as I usually like. The Café in the lobby was quite limited, but I got a delicious ham and cheese croissant for the road there.
When I arrived, they said they did not have my reservation because I had booked through booking.com. Luckily the staff were able to find us a room even though they were sold out for the night. Not sure what happened there but glad it was sorted relatively quickly.
