The lady at the front desk was very happy, pleasant and helpful. Our room was extremely clean and it provided all of the essentials that we needed. The property was clean also. There was a small breakfast available, and the property also had a bar and restaurant attached to it. I liked that the property has a pool although we didn’t get the opportunity to use it and I also appreciate the owners are gradually fixing and updating the property. We were close to the high speed ferry that takes you to Martha’s Vineyard. Dunkin’ coffee down the street, major highways close by. Location in a good spot. And Great price!!
It was a very good stay and I would stay again, however my rating is based on this being an older property/building that’s clearly being renovated or updated. It’s not the Hilton. But most Important the grounds and the rooms were extremely clean.

Well kept building/rooms with plenty of parking, a pool. Ryan’s Sports Pub inside which offers drinks, great food, billiards & karaoke in certain nights! Staff was friendly & attentive!!

The staff was responsive, the room and attached bath were clean, the linens decent. The on-site bar was welcoming, pizza was excellent and the bar had very modern and well-kept pool tables. Unfortunately, the site is older, and it shows.
We were given an interior room, we would have preferred one with windows to the exterior.
