I was pleasantly surprised. This is a more bang for your buck place. It was super clean, recently remodeled with an indoor pool that was warm. The front desk was phenomenal. Kudos!!

The room finding was a little tricky.

Nice property, undergoing updates and renovations which do not interfere with guests at all! April at the front desk was wonderful! We loved Ryan's, the onsite Irish pub! Great food, service, and band!! 💙

Nothing at all , bad service

I didn't like how I checked in at 3pm and my room was still dirty and unorganized, staff were unprofessional, paid 300$for a night and the room was a disaster when I arrived and they didn't seem to care.

I like the friendliness of the morning staff and that they get to things right away and fix them even when they are the one at fault and I like that they take responsibility and they get things done here and I would visit again on the fact that they don't try to play you as a fool like some other facilities.

I didn't like the fact when I checked it last night Jamal who checked me in was not listening to me was not answering my questions I had to wait about a half an hour didn't know where he even was it was nobody at the front desk and when he checked me in I told him I had a booking through booking.com and he charged my credit card again as if I was booking again and also show pictures of a room that I say I'm going to book I expect the room to look like what it looks like in the picture not something completely opposite that's false advertising so I wasn't happy about that either and it said breakfast included but then there was no breakfast included when we got here but decided on booking.com so have that fixed please cuz it says it on the main page but not after you check in when it sends you the confirmation I would just make sure your staff pays more attention to things because now I have to wait for money on my credit card for three or four days I should have never been taking off to begin with you know I should get some type of credit for half ago through something it's like every time I do rent the room here I go through stuff I started paying cash because every time I use my credit card it was always getting overcharged for things in for rooms that I didn't even get so I guess that's what I got to go back to and deposit only for credit I have to pay cash because for some reason your staff can't get it right I can't even book ahead of time that's pretty sad. I hope you're able to fix this problem and I hope you do awesome me something for the inconveniences that I've had to go through many times this is the first. Didn't use the tub of this long he is in the tub black long he is and they're not mine cuz my hair is not black the tub wasn't clean also they showed me a red hot tub and told me it was updated in the booking.

Hotel was clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff was great. Water pressure and temperature were excellent

no working ice machine. facilities in various state of renovation towels were like sandpaper. No tissues in room. No breakfast included

The pub onsite was very good.

Wi-fi didn't work. Overall housekeeping was disgusting. Dead bugs on the floor. Bathroom was so bad that we decided to drive two hours to bath at home. There was a smoke detector near by that chirped all night. Our smoke detector did not have a battery in it. The battery door was visibly open. Told the front desk all the issues and they offered their apologies. Felt like they heard this before but an apology is all they can offer.
