About this house rental

Lake cottage located on Gull Lake's infamous Gold Coast with 170 feet of sugar sand shoreline and over a half an acre of landscaped grounds. This property features a completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a huge entertaining room, lakeside sitting room, lakeside deck, forced air AC and heat. AND an awesome seasonal, west facing Boathouse that sits right on the waters edge providing breathtaking sunset views nightly. Seasonal Boathouse is fully equipped with a kitchenette, full bathroom, fireplace & AC. Ideally located in the heart of the "Beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area"- minutes from world-class championship golf, bike trails, casual and fine dining, the Shops of Nisswa and just a short walk to the Love Lake campground and "Boats & Beyond" boat & marine rental for conveniently securing all of your watercraft rental needs. Boathouse is seasonal, available May 1st-September 30th, therefore property accommodates 6 guests during these dates.
