Location is ideal for families or individuals who want close access to La Jolla Shores beach. The parking space was easy and very appreciated as parking can be tough in this area. It should be noted that currently there is a lot of construction (trucks backing up large dumps of noisy debris) going on by 6 or 7 am every weekday morning. Despite the early morning noise, I would highly recommend this rental.

Great condo in La Jolla Shores steps from the beach and all of the wonderful restaurants and shops in the shores. Perfect for a family of four. Clean, convenient and comfortable. We love La Jolla and really enjoyed our stay.

Found this gem for an ocean swim I was doing with team mates! Soooooo awesome! Only issue was remotes for tv were not working right. Otherwise it was prefect!!!

Clean and tidy apartment in a great location with a neighborhood vibe. Short walk to everything - coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and the beach. Being close to all of these things does mean the traffic noise starts pretty early in the morning. Not really an issue unless you like to sleep late! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and super clean! We had plenty of room as well! Few minor issues: Window AC unit was really loud, heater was left on and we didnt realize it at first, cable TV (Spectrum) was not working but we were able to stream so it really wasnt an issue. Loved the beach chairs and boogie boards available for our use. Overall though its a really nice place, great location and we would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for four nights and were very pleased. Pictures were accurate, place was clean, and communication with owner was easy and quick. The location was really wonderful as it is steps from the beach, a nice park where we played frisbee and the neighborhhod has great restaurants. Steps from the home was a great street of pizza, icecream, mexican, and other dining options so everything was right there. Only negative was that the street noise was a bit loud and the king size bed frame was squeaky when making even the slightest movements. Not deal breakers but good to know. We would recommend staying here!

We were very impressed with the place. It was very clean, had comfortable beds and was in a very quiet neighborhood (our last stay in San Diego was none of those things). Also, communication with the owner was sufficient but not in-your-face, which was appreciated. We liked how close it was to the beach. Our 6-yr old loved the beach. When our biggest complaint was lack of curtains for privacy in the living room, I would consider it a very nice place! We would definitely recommend it.

The condo is very comfortable and clean and only a block to the ocean. There is a nice walkway and children’s park. A few restaurants, a convenience shop, and bike/kayak shop nearby. Short drive into LaJolla. Perfect location for a home base and only 15 mins or so by car to all the attractions like the zoo, Balboa Park, etc. Excellent, responsive host.

Great location close to everything in La Jolla shores. My 3 year old loved having the beach toys. The garage was also a plus as parking is difficult to find in La Jolla shores. The bed was great. Very comfy. The dryer didn’t work but the owner responded quickly and ordered a new one so hopefully it will arrive in time for the next guests. It’s an older home so it does pick up lots of noise from cars and people outside. Overall it was fine for 3 nights. Thanks again

Can’t say enough about this spectacular location, close to the beach and to all of the restaurants. Easy access to Torrey Pines area and anything to the south. John was super responsive and a great host! Place was well stocked with the necessities (paper towels, toilet paper, sugar, salt, etc) so we didn’t have to buy so much to make it through the week. Highly recommend!!!

This is our second time renting this property. We love the area of La Jolla Shores! Two blocks to the beach and in a cute area with shops and restaurants. Easy drive to San Diego to see other sites, but really we were happy to relax right in La Jolla Shores. House is very comfortable, modern and clean. A wonderful place to stay!

We stayed here for a week with my husband and I, 2 teens and a tween and we really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. We had plenty of space inside and the property was exactly as described. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the beautiful weather. Would recommend this place and would stay here again!

Clean, modern, 2BR 1B with spacious living area and open kitchen, 1 block from restaurants/ coffee, surfboard and kayak rentals. 2 block walk from the beach and comes with a parking spot! We planned to do more in the San Diego area but ended up enjoying this place and the nearby beach and restaurants most of the time. We definitely would choose this lovey place again, when we return!
