The location was beautiful and peaceful. The room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable.
The food was just okay with a limited menu. The room had a large piece of furniture in the room that kept getting in the way of the bathroom door. While the provided toiletries in the shower was nice there were no labels on the dispenser.

The food was of good quality. Great service from the staff. The location of the dining area enable us to make the best of the views.
The large step up into the room, which my wife found difficult because of mobility issues. Did not like the fact that a discretionary 12.5% charge added to the evening meal. It was a big factor on us not eating at the property. The reason is that we felt under pressure if we would have had to challenge the discretionary charge, if we had not liked the food or the quality.

The location on the lake is beautiful. The rooms are cosy but very comfortable. Alison and Yas looked after us so well. The breakfast and dinner was superb.
