Location memories
It took 3 half hours from check in to get our luggage after we chased it twice
They said it had no label on it and was eventually behind reception but when we then went to pick it up it did as we knew have names on both bags all we got was sorry

Great service , spacious and very nice
Service was great but was very busy in Cameron grill for ordering drinks but in the bar area itself was excellent

Location was great, on Loch Lomond and close to Glasgow airport. Excellent customer service, all the staff we met were great from the minute we walked in. The breakfast is really good, buffet was plentiful and you can order extras from the menu. Rooms are fab, large modern room and we had a lovely view. We also attended the table quiz in the clubhouse which was good fun!
Rate per night quite expensive considering you have to pay extra for things such as the thermal spa. We did use the spa and did not feel it was worth the additional cost. We ate dinner in Cameron grill, which was a bit disappointing , food was only ok, same in the clubhouse, given it is a five star hotel we were expecting a bit more. The halls around the pool did smell of chlorine.
