Great location. Lovely hotel and grounds.
We had to request our neighbour to lower the sound on their TV (after 11pm) as it seemed to be right next to our headboard. Thankfully they were very understanding but it was an uncomfortable experience.
The service in the bistro was below par.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Forest Hills. The location and facilities are wonderful. I loved having a gym and pool on site. The rooms in the hotel are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. A particular mention should go to the friendly, accommodating staff who all worked so hard to look after their guests, they really went the extra mile. Thank you!

No phones in the room , no clear instructions how to use hair dryer , no plugs for hair dryer in the washroom

Excellent quality of dinner in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly including to dogs, great location, ample parking.
The room and other areas on the premises are looking very tired and are in need of proper renovation, and even simple maintenance like a lick of paint or fixing a sliding wardrobe door would help. Until then, the prices should really come down to 3 star levels.
Despite the friendly staff and high quality of the food, every time we went to the bar or restaurant things went very wrong so some training would really help to elevate the experience.
However, we still had a pleasant stay and wouldn't rule out visiting again in the future.
