Our room had a nice view of the loch. The evening meals were really good as was the breakfast

The staff were lovely especially the the Italian waiter not sure of his name, possibly Luch he was very professional & nice.
The beds the mattresses needed replacing in room 2 & better bedding more crisp cotton. We stayed at a premier inn the following night at there bedding was superior.
