The location and the cleanliness
There was a power outage and we were without AC for 3 hours

The property was perfect, all the plants and hammocks and the access to the lagoon is perfect. I also liked that the kayaks and paddle boards are included.

location, location, location!!!
right on the water, nice and quite and beautiful turquoise waters!! Our little cabin was just Perfect. All amenities were available , (kayaks, paddle boards) Excellent customer service , definitely will return.

It’s not the cleanest I feel more effort could be made when cleaning rooms, bathrooms are gross, hairs all over the bathroom from previous clients floors were dirty. Aroma are outdated unless you stay in the room with ocean few all the other rooms are tiny.
They don’t clean room after use and area where breakfast is made is also not clean.
