The breakfast was good and abundant, the owner is super-nice and available to provide informations about Bacalar and sorroundings. The place is nice and tranquil. there is a private parking.
The place is in a good position to reach Bacalar town centre and a couple of good spots like Los Rapidos or Cenote Cocalito, both good places to see the stromatolites.
can't really find something that I did not like.

Ines was the greatest host ever. We immediately felt welcome and she told us everything we need to know without asking and gave us many hints.
The bed was so comfy and the room was cool, which allowed us to sleep like baby's. We did a Yucatan Roadtrip and this room was the best one to sleep in due to it's temperature.
We can recommend Zensus to 100%.

Bathroom could use upgrading. Construction noise. Eating area has been neglected.
