Letto comodissimo un sogno e bagno perfetto
Personale gentile e molti servizi disponibili (lavanderia, kayak, banco escursioni, bar e ristorante molto buoni)
Parcheggio davanti alla struttura
Colazione ottima e abbondante
Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la porta e con le zanzariere che non si chiudevano, il personale ha provato a sistemare ma non è riuscito per cui siamo stati 3 giorni con la porta aperta, quindi senza poter lasciare contanti o altro in camera, comunque sono cose che possono capitare però se ci fosse stata la cassaforte saremmo stati più tranquilli

Excelente servicio, excelente comida, excelente vista y excelentes instalaciones. Muy rico menú de alimentos y bebidas por parte de Christian y Roberto. Siempre que regrese a Bacalar me pienso hospedar ahí. Muy recomendado.

Estar al frente de la laguna lo hace memorable, muy bonito y a gusto. La habitación muy cómoda. La comida del restaurante espectacular, comimos delicioso, además viajamos con dos bebés y muy atentos con ellas y sus necesidades. Sin duda volveríamos a elegir Solana para hospedarnos en Bacalar.
Nos gustó mucho. Si tuviera que hacer comentarios serían:
1. Contar con periquera para bebés
2. A pesar que ofrecen café, estaría espectacular que pudieran ofrecer capuchino, latte y cafés más especializados
3. Poner un poco más de refrigerios en el frigobar (agua fría por ejemplo)
4. Mejorar presión de agua en duchas
