Situated in Traverse City, this charming house for $463 per night is a great option for your next trip. A charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse just steps away from the picturesque TART Trail in the heart of downtown TC. The property is equipped with a 4K smart TV and high-speed WiFi, making it ideal for remote work. West Bay is a mere half-mile away, and you can effortlessly explore all of downtown TC in under 10 minutes by bicycle, with the beginning of Front Street just shy of a mile from your doorstep. Plus, the convenience of the TART Trail awaits you right at the end of the block. THE SPACE: Rest comfortably in two bedrooms featuring queen-sized beds, plus a loft with two twin-sized beds, each room complete with provided bed linens and bath towels. An in-unit washer and dryer are available with the essential supplies fully stocked. One dedicated parking spot is available in the garage, with space for another vehicle right behind it. Street parking is also available in the summer months. ACCESS: Convenience and security are paramount, with smart locks granting easy access to the house. Guests have access to the full townhouse and the attached one-car garage. The driveway off the garage provides room for a second vehicle. We remain readily available to you throughout your stay via VRBO messaging, with an average response rate of under 1 hour. Our phone number is also provided to you during check-in for any urgent requests or emergencies. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Nestled in the charming NOBO district (North Boardman), this condo offers the quintessential downtown experience without the hustle and bustle of the city center. You'll find a plethora of activities in this vibrant neighborhood, from dining at a variety of restaurants and coffee shops to exploring the local library and admiring historical architecture. For outdoor enthusiasts, nearby bike shops offer rentals, and you can't miss the picturesque Boardman Lake Trail, affectionately known as the BLT. TRANSIT: Bike rentals are available right next door at McClains Cycle Shop or Brick Wheels. Local Taxi services include Cool Cab, Cherry Capital Cab, About Time Transportation, and more! Bata busses have multiple stops throughout Traverse as well as surrounding counties with their Village Loop and Bayline & City Loop. NOTES: If you have babies coming to stay, let us know ahead of time, and we will have pack n’ plays, baby gates, and high chairs ready! **NO pets allowed unless proper service pet documentation has been provided and approved BEFORE check-in. If you have an unauthorized pet, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded for your stay. This is an association rule.** We extend a warm welcome to ALL guests and proudly embrace LGBTQIA+ inclusivity. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities! - Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quite hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. - No smoking inside the property or on the property grounds (including no vaping or weed). - No pets - No loitering on the front porch. - Any alcohol must be consumed inside of the property. We were in Traverse City for my 2 Grandsons Hockey Tournament and we had the best time !!!! We were only approx. 10 minutes from the ice rink so we could come back to relax and have snacks when they had a 3 - 4 hour break between games.
The Condo was very clean and very nicely decorated (even had a beautiful decorated Christmas Tree) !!!!!
We loved it and will definitely be back next year .

This is a nice clean condo. Beds are very comfortable, we slept very well each night. The garage is such a plus. It was a wet, rainy, misty week while we were in Traverse City. It was so nice to be able to store our bikes in the garage out of the weather. This was our second stay with Carrie at this condo.

Three of us stayed here for a girls' weekend and had a great time. The communication and check in/out process was seamless and the accommodations were great. We walked a few places and drove a few places and generally had a great weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

There were 2 adults and 1 teenager on our trip. The loft was perfect for the teenager, but I think it would work well for younger kids too (there were some toys up there). I wouldn't recommend travelling with a big group since the condo is not huge. But for us, it was plenty of space, very clean, and comfortable. The garage was really nice because I was expecting one big shared garage, so having a private garage was a good surprise! We didn't need to communicate much with the host because we didn't have any issues. There was a binder in the condo with recommendations, and we used some of those (the hike they recommend was perfect for our group).

Carrie was a great host! Communicated quickly. The condo was well appointed and very close to all downtown activities. There are bikes for rent right outside the back door. Parking was easy. Quiet community. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Quiet and safe place to stay at.
The check in was super easy, the property was really clean. There was a book with all the information you might need from places to visit, where to eat, what to do, and instructions for the check out process. The only thing I was hesitant about is the door that leads to the garage/basement doesn’t lock. The garage does have a door with a lock but the door the gives entry to the home from the garage doesn’t. Personally it was just a small thing but the location was very quiet and it seemed safe so I wasn’t really worried. Overall my stay was really nice.

This condo meet all our needs! It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The location was good, very close to downtown, kid friendly for my little ones. Also the garage was definitely a plus due to the wintertime weather. Thank you again for hosting us on our first time visit to Traverse City!!

Nice condo, good location!
Our visit was the week of 9/26/21. This is a very nice, clean condo and will stay in it again. It is smaller than we anticipated and feel the pictures listed on Vrbo are a bit deceptive. The beds are very comfortable. The walls to the next unit are not sound proofed and could hear people talking in the unit next to us when we went to bed. The unit does not have a permanate dining table and chairs. There is a table that folds in half pushed against a wall that will open to a full table. Additional chairs need to be brought up from the basement. The unit has a basement/garage which is great for parking and bike storage. Appreciated that very much.

Wonderfully outfitted home just next to the TART bike trail and The Filling Station restaurant. Location was perfect, walked to local grocery store and Silver Spruce brewery. Hosts left many helpful suggestions for activities in the area. Many thoughtful touches and attention to detail made our stay a hit!

Everything about this condo is exactly as you see in the pictures. Very new, clean, comfortable beds, well appointed for cooking or just hanging out. Would definitely stay there again!
