A charming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse just steps away from the picturesque TART Trail in the heart of downtown TC. The property is equipped with a 55-inch 4K Roku TV and high-speed WiFi, making it ideal for remote work. West Bay is a mere half-mile away, and you can effortlessly explore all of downtown TC in under 10 minutes by bicycle, with the beginning of Front Street just shy of a mile from your doorstep. Plus, the convenience of the TART Trail awaits you right at the end of the block. THE SPACE: Rest comfortably in three bedrooms, featuring a King, Queen, and Full-sized bed, complete with provided bed linens and bath towels. The master bedroom includes a desk for your convenience. An in-unit washer and dryer are available with the essential supplies fully stocked. One dedicated parking spot is available in the garage, with space for another vehicle right behind it. Street parking is also available in the summer months. ACCESS: Convenience and security are paramount, with smart locks granting easy access to the house. Guests have access to the full townhouse and the attached one-car garage. The driveway off the garage provides room for a second vehicle. We remain readily available to you throughout your stay via VRBO messaging, with an average response rate of under 1 hour. Our phone number is also provided to you during check-in for any urgent requests or emergencies. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Nestled in the charming NOBO district (North Boardman), this condo offers the quintessential downtown experience without the hustle and bustle of the city center. You'll find a plethora of activities in this vibrant neighborhood, from dining at a variety of restaurants and coffee shops to exploring the local library and admiring historical architecture. For outdoor enthusiasts, nearby bike shops offer rentals, and you can't miss the picturesque Boardman Lake Trail, affectionately known as the BLT. TRANSIT: Bike rentals are available right next door at McClains Cycle Shop or Brick Wheels Local Taxi services include Cool Cab, Cherry Capital Cab, About Time Transportation, and more! Bata busses have multiple stops throughout Traverse as well as surrounding counties with their Village Loop and Bayline & City Loop. NOTES: If you have babies coming to stay, let us know ahead of time, and we will have pack n’ plays, baby gates, and high chairs ready! **NO pets allowed unless proper service pet documentation has been provided and approved BEFORE check-in. If you have an unauthorized pet, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded for your stay. This is an association rule.** We extend a warm welcome to ALL guests and proudly embrace LGBTQIA+ inclusivity. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities! - There will be other renters as well as permanent residents, so please be respectful. Quite hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. - No smoking inside the property or on the property grounds - No pets - No loitering on the front porch. - Any alcohol must be consumed inside of the property. The condo was exactly what we were looking for in a short stay in TC. It was stocked with all of the essentials, had plenty of space for everyone, and was easy to get to from all sides of town. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. Clean and cute with a well stocked kitchen. I would only say that the pictures need to be updated on the website, as there is not a room with two twin beds. I had chosen this property because I thought I would need that extra bed. I also asked the property manager to confirm that they had those two beds but never heard back. It ended up not being a big deal since we had one friend who couldn’t come. Great place though!

We loved our stay here. Centrally located to just about everything we wanted to do. Very clean, perfect amenities, abs welcoming vibe.
Kids enjoyed the toys and their bedrooms. Laundry on the upstairs allowed for quick washes. Plenty of space overall.
Truly have nothing negative to say about our experience. Would absolutely recommend.

The listing appeared just as described on the website. It was perfect for me, my husband, my 3.5 yo daughter and 1.5 yo son. I loved that this apartment had everything we needed for the kids. They had 2 big drawers full of toys in the living area, a pack-n-play, high chair, and baby gates.

I don’t even think this is really a con, but the neighborhood looked a bit industrial. It did not diminish the comfort of the apartment.

We stayed for a girls weekend. The location is great. Walkable to downtown I’m nice weather. Quick drive to downtown, the village commons, old mission and leelenau. This rental was well equipped - nice kitchen utensils. Very well equipped for families with young children. Had a pack and play, potty seat, toys a and childrens books. Space was clean, welcoming and comfy. I would stay here again with friends or family.

Our group was 4 adults in town for a Cycling Event, and this location served us well. Located close to dining and bike shops was a plus. The space was clean, well stocked and ready to go when we arrived. We have rented homes in the area at other times, but this was the first one with a garage space which was a plus. Overall, we were very happy with the accommodations and location and everyone in our group felt the pricing was fair. Would definitely stay again on future trips

This property was perfect for our family travels to Traverse City. We had 5 adults and 2 small children. The house was equipped for small children with everything we needed. The house was in a great location to downtown. Rented bikes and explored the town, water and lakes. I would recommend this property. The management team was awesome and answered questions with a quick response. Really enjoyed our stay and so will you.

The property was beautiful. Pictures were highly accurate. It was clean, spacious, stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, plenty of towels, dish washer tablets etc. There was even tide there. Although we bought our own detergent it was nice to know it was there. Also full size shampoo and conditioner Pantene, were provided. Everything you would need like in your own home. Quiet complex and very comfortable. Garage was a plus as it sprinkled our first day. Beds were very comfy. It fit our needs perfectly for 3 adults. Thank you for sharing your home.

This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. Carrie is extremely thoughtful and thought of everything for our comfort. The home was spotless, extremely well stocked, and check in was easy. It was wonderful to have the garage to park in and store our bikes! The beds were very comfortable-my youngest said that was one of his favorite parts of the trip. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great spot for a family!
Our family had a wonderful stay at Carrie's condo. The space looks just as wonderful in person as it does in the pictures, plus there were lots of toys, books and misc children's items that our toddler loved. The location was great too - right off the tart trail, next door to several bike rental shops, walkable to parks, etc... Carrie was a great host - responsive and provided a lot of great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!
